2 make sure your internet connection is stable and running properly if you are using

3 Restart your system and relogin again
User rights needed for audit trail access in BUSY?
Audit trail option have to be enabled on user level also. To set this configuration please follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to the Administration menu
Step 2: Select users
Step 3: Open user in modify mode
Step 4: Enable option for Maintain Audit trail by specify (Y)
Step 5: Save the configuration
Can I have multiple users in BUSY?
If you want to create multiple user then please follow the given steps
Step 1: Go to administration menu then user.
Step 2: Then add user and enter the name and password and check other
option and save.
Step 3: You can create multiple user in the same way.
I am not able to find certain options for generating sales invoices in BUSY. Where can I find all the invoicing options and how to use them?

Step:1 Login the BUSY Super User
Step :2 Go to User Administration Users Modify Select the User
Step :3 in User Modify mode find the right Side Transcatin option Enable Sale Right and click on save

Some menu options are not clickable for me in BUSY. Why am I unable to click on certain options?
To enable all menu options in BUSY You need to
follow the steps
Step1 open company with admin user
Step2 Go to Administration and click on user
Step3 select the user in which you want to allow all access
Step4 Go to menu rights option and allow all access

Yes, you need permissions to make changes to the BUSY. To obtain permissions, you need to follow these steps :
Step 1 : Go to Administration then Users then BUSY Users
Step 2 : Click on Modify user option and now can check user rights and modify them accordingly.
Can I change my user ID and username for login company in BUSY?
Yes,you can change the user name and ID but you need to follow some steps:
Step 1: Go to the administration and then click on User option.
Step 2: Now click on Modify option and select the User required.
Step 3: Now change user name and password and save it.
How can I access a particular option that is enabled for the main user but not visible in my current login as a sub-user?
To enable option in sub user in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Login the company with super user login credentials.
Step 2: Go to administration section then click on user tab.
Step 3: Select modify tab then select required user.
Step 4: Now, enable options required in user then save
I am unable to access certain options like print bill and print sales invoice. What should I check to resolve this?
If Unable to Access Print Option Check Flow Step
Step : 1 Login The Company Admin User
Step :2 Go to Administration Users BUSY Users Modify Select User Name then Click on ok
