To configure the user dashboard option in BUSY, you need to follow these steps :
Step 1 : Go to Administration then Configuration
Step 2 : Then select user dash board configuration and add format as per user and configure format and click on save button.
I want to add new users and set permissions in BUSY. How do I do this from the admin section?
If you are require to add a new user then follow the steps below:
1. Open the company with Super user
2. Go to Administration
3. Click on Users
4. Click on Add
5. From here you can add the sub user and allot the required rights accordingly
I don't have access to the full product metadata. How can I get superuser access to customize columns?
To get superuser access and customize columns in the product metadata, you will need to login as a superuser. If you don't have superuser credentials, you may need to contact the administrator or the person in charge of granting superuser access in your organization.
Where can I find the option to change the password for a user?
The option to change the password for a user in BUSY, you need to follow these steps :
Step 1 : Go to administration then users click on modify mode
Step 2 : Select user then change password of sub user and click on save button.
The software is not allowing me to edit or delete a voucher I have already recorded. What should I do in this case?
If the software is not allowing you to edit or delete the voucher that means you have no modification and deletion rights. Either you can open the company from the admin user and edit it or give rights to yourself as sub user.
How can I log in as the main user if I only have the login ID and password?
To log in as the main user in BUSY, you need to have the main super login ID and password to login into BUSY company. If you don't have it, you won't be able to log in as the main super user.
Why the narration is not printing in standard invoice mention above item column in sale invoice?
If long narration is not printing in sale invoice, you need to follow these steps :
Step 1 : Go to administration then configuration
Step 2 : Invoice/document printing select standard
Step 3 : Select sale invoice enable option print narration and click on save button.
