How do I manage users and their access rights for different roles in BUSY?
In BUSY we have option to create user and providing permission rights to them.
Follow below steps
Step 1:- Administration
Step 2:- Users
Step 3:- Add/Modify
Step 4:- Here we can give them right
Step 5:- Click on Menu rights
Step 6:- We can select screen view rights also
I want to remove the admin rights in BUSY but retain it for select users. How can I do this?
If you want to give some admin rights to user or some not so you can do as follows:
Step 1: Go in Administration.
Step 2: Then select modify option then select user.
Step 3: Then you can give rights according & then check.
Why am I unable to save changes I made to tax codes and categories in the accounting software?
First : Check once you are login with Admin user or Sub user.
Second : If if Admin user specified some restrictions regarding modification in Tax category master, So BUSY will not allow to save changes in Tax codes and categories.
How can I access the feature and option menu in BUSY if it is not showing up?
If the features and options menu not showing under the configuration the might you logged in your company from a sub user which does not have rights to access this. In that case you need to login from the admin user.
Why am I unable to save changes in my transactions or account details?
If you are unable to save changes in transaction or account details then check the possible reason:
1. If you have logged in the company with sub user and do not have rights for modification.
2. If You have freezed the company data.
Why am I unable to edit standard report formats in BUSY?
If you are not able to edit the any standard reports in BUSY then its means that you dont have rights to do that. Either open the company from the admin user or can give access rights to the sub user.
How can we create a user and restrict rights in BUSY?
To create user with restriction in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on user tab.
Step 2: Select add tab then Specify the user name, password.
Step 3: Afterward, Provide rights as per need and save the master.

Check sub user right and follow these steps for check user right.
1. Open company from super user
2. Then go in Administration then go in user
3. Then click on modiFinancial Year and select user
4. Allow Email of Reporting yes and save
How do I provide access rights to different users?
Through given instructions you can provide access right to dfferent users:
1: Open company with superuser.
2: Go in administration.
3: Select users.
4: Click on list and pick relevant user name.
5: Specify the user rights through given configuration.
Where can i create new user in BUSY?
To create new user in BUSY follow below steps:
Step1: Go to Administration menu and click on Users submenu
Step2: Now click on Add and create a new user for the company with the specific rights and permission and save the configuration
