Why am I unable to add a new user to the software?

If you are not able to add new user then you are not login with super user of company , first login with super user then can add new user .

What type of rights can I set for different users?

In BUSY, you can set multiple type of rights for your users. Some of the rights are: voucher creation, modification, deletion, reports viewing rights, export reports, back date enteries and more.

Do I need separate login credentials for accessing the invoices?

Yes,If dont have rights to accessing invoice in BUSY then you need to login company from super user or other sub user who have righst to access invoices in BUSY. 

Why am I unable to see the option to access the users option ?

If you unable to see users option in BUSY that means company is login with sub user. Only you can change the password by which user company is  logged in.

Why can't I scroll down to see all my records in the software?

It might be possible that your user Id dont have the rights to see the 
records or the records you are trying to scroll were not approved
by the admin user
