Why does the software ask me to enter the main user ID password when I have already entered it?
If you logged in your company with either super user or sub user, then BUSY will not ask to enter it again untill you have not closed the company.
What should I do if I dont have group rights in the software?
If you don't have group rights in BUSY Accounting software, you should contact the admin user or super user of the software to grant you the necessary access rights.
Is my username configured properly in the software? What is the correct format?
To check the user configuration you can go to administration menu and then select users option to check the user configuration and you can maintain alphanumeric username and password.
Unable to access features and options in BUSY. Why some options not visible?
If you are Unable to access features and options in BUSY then you have to make sure that you have logged in your company from super user of company.
Why is the GST Miscellaneous Utilities option not visible in the GST menu?
The GST Miscellaneous Utilities option may not be visible in the GST menu due to possible reasons such as a different software version or a specific user access restriction.
Why isn't BUSY allowing me to add a shipping address to Madhya Pradesh today when I could do it yesterday?
Check if the users has rights to add the shipping address. Try it to add from super user or give rights to sub users to add shipping address.
How can I get full access in BUSY if I only have limited default access currently?
To get Full access in BUSY you need to login company with Super user after that only you can get the full access in your company in BUSY
Do I need to log in as a super user to print invoices in BUSY?
No in BUSY Superusers have to access all rights if they control any features.

Why am I unable to save address in the company details section?
Due to user rights you will not able to save address in company deatils section, as Admin user can restrict any other user to do modification in company.

To manage users and set permissions in BUSY:
1. Navigate to Administration.
2. Configuration
3. Choose Users. or add a new user
4. Assign roles, and define Menu rights controls
5. Save
