I need to transfer some funds between accounts in BUSY but the transfer function does not seem to be working. How can I properly transfer funds between accounts?

To transfer some funds between accounts in BUSY but the transfer function does not seem to be working, If its Banak To Bank, Bank to Cash and Cash to Bank transfer then you can pass the Contra Voucher entry to transfer the fund, fo this you need to go to transaction option, then select the contra voucher option, then click on add put all necessary details and pass the transaction.

I need to adjust the final payment amount on an invoice. How do I record this difference adjustment in BUSY?

To adjust the final payment amount on an invoice in BUSY, follow these steps:
1.Go to Display, open GST Reports.
2.Open GST Summaries and select GST Summary.
3.Choose the date range and required filters, then press OK.
4.In the report, press F4.
5.Select Input Output Adjustment and press Save to pass the journal entry.
6.Select Cross Adjustment and press Save for the cross adjustment journal entry.
7.If there's any pending liability, show it in the adjustment window.

The sales return values don't seem to match between BUSY and the portal. Why is there a discrepancy?

If the sales return value dont seem to match between BUSY and the portal then their 
could be multiple reasons to solve the issue follow the steps
1 It could be possible that after the updation of return file you have made some changes
on the sales return invoice in BUSY
2 It could be possible that their is some tax calculation issue in voucher so recheck the
tax calculation

To reduce the total amount in a bill or voucher without affecting the taxable value,please follow below steps : 
Step 1: Go to transaction Menu.
Step 2: Add sales Invoice
Step 3: Select and fill the all details in voucher Entry
Step 4: In the Bill sundry option ,for recording additional expenses or charges not directly related to inventory.To add specific charges or amounts to the transaction
Step 5: Save the Voucher .

How do I configure tax rates and set up taxes for composition scheme in BUSY?.

If you need to configure tax rates for the Composition Scheme, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Administration menu and click on Configuration.
Step 2: Select Feature/Option and then choose GST/VAT.
Step 3: Ensure that the 'Type of Dealer' is set to Composition.
Step 4: Now, click on Create Default GST Master.
This action will enable all the necessary Sale Types for the Composition Scheme.

How do I adjust an old outstanding payment that is still showing in my account?

To adjust an old outstanding showing in the ledger, you need to pass payment or receipt voucher in BUSY by using these steps:
Step 1: Go to Transaction menu and select either Payment or Receipt as per the requirements.
Step 2: Click on add and enter all the necessary details such as Date, Account, Amount, etc.
Step 3: You need to adjust Bill reference also which showing pending then save the transaction.

How do I alter buyer/seller details in invoices generated earlier in BUSY?

To Alter buyer details in invoices generated earlier in BUSY by the following steps : 
Step 1. Go to Transactions
Step 2. Then click on the Sales Voucher type in which you wants to alter details of party name.
Step 3. Then put your courser on party name or can directly add new party name by using shortcut key F3.
Step 4. Now you can change it accordingly.

How do I generate TDS and TCS payment challans in BUSY?

In BUSY, you can generate Payment or Journal voucher to record payment of TDS or TCS. To do this follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company, then, go to the Transactions menu.
Step 2: Select Payment or Journal and click on Add.
Step 3: Enter all the required details such as Date, Voucher No. ,TDS or TCS account, amount, etc.
Step 4: You need to adjust the TDS or TCS refereces and save.

How to account for credit notes received for special discounts?

If you want to add Credit Note for received Discount in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY and select the company you want to work with. Then, go to the Transactions menu.
Step 2: You can use Dr. Note(w/o Items) and Cr. Note(w/o Items).
Step 5: After selecting the voucher, click on Add and fill in the required details such as Date, voucher no., GST Nature, Original Voucher No.,etc.

How can I update vouchers or transactions in BUSY?

To update invoices in BUSY you can follow the steps. 
Step 1. Open BUSY Software
Step 2. Open company
Step 3. Go to transaction menu click
Step 4. Select that voucher type which you want to modify e.g. if you want to modify sales then click on sales voucher
Step 5. Click on modify
Step 6. Then you can edit or update the voucher.
