Step 1: Check your invoice. You should apply the discount after the tax so it will deduct from the sales invoice value in the bill Sundry
Step 2: Check that if an item-wise discount is applied to each item of the invoice, then it will reflect only after the tax amount.

I made a sale earlier and now need to generate a credit note for return of goods. But the credit note has the old sale dispatch address. What should I do?

If you made a sale earlier and now need to generate a credit note for return of goods, But the credit note has the old sale dispatch address, to solve this you need to follow the below steps:
You need to check the company's address and change it to your actual dispatch address.
or if you are the material centre for dispatch address, you need to change it in your material centre for actual dispatch address.
You should also double check the dispatch address in the transport window if you chose the bill from dispatch as the transaction type.

The total amount shown in my sales invoices in BUSY is incorrect. What could be the reason, and how can I resolve it?

If the total amount is showing in the sales invoice is incorrect then you need to check the following steps.
Step 1: Make sure that you have apply the correct sale purc type in the voucher according to party state.
Step 2: Make sure you have mention the correct Tax category in the item master.
Step 3: If you apply any discount or markup at item level then make sure it should be enter properly.
Step 4: If you apply any bill sundry in the voucher then make sure that the configuration should be done proper.

I am unable to find a particular transaction. What is the easiest way to locate it?

Check the steps to find out a transaction In BUSY 
Step 1 : Press ctrl plus Q
Step 2 : Then select query on transaction
Step 3 : Then select the query level to all vouchers or selected vouchers as per your requirement
Step 4 : Then select the voucher type in which you have to search
Step 5 : Then in search string you can mention the voucher number and press ok
Step 6 : Then it will show you that voucher if its present in your BUSY data

How can I apply a discount or create a custom billing rate for a client?

You can apply discount in the bill sundry during voucher entry. Further you can set price party wise by using these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration and click on configuration.
Step 2: Select Features / Options and click on Inventory tab.
Step 3: Here you see an option called Item Pricing Mode in Vouchers Click on that and choose Party-Item-wise Price/Discount Structure and Select Mode as required.
Step 4: Now, go back to configuration and select Party-Item Price Structure and can select either Sale/Purchase.
Step 5: Next, you can set MRP, Price, Discount party item wise as per the requirements.

How can I establish connections with ecommerce platforms like Shopify and Amazon in BUSY?

To establish connections with ecommerce platforms like Shopify and Amazon in BUSY, 
1. Firstly,we have to set the sale type and purchase type accoridng the E-commerce platform
> Make a new master of sale or purchase type for e commerce
> Enable the option given in sale and purcahse type regarding the Sales or Purchase through E- commerce platform.
> As well as mention the platform name in the respective gievn area.
2. Then can have customization regarding the same to integrate the and automate e-commerce platform data.
3. Accordingly we can pass the sale purchase then.

How do I handle credit notes/memos in BUSY?

In BUSY, you can add two types of credit note Sales Return and Credit Note (w/o Items). To know how to add follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to the Transactions menu.
Step 2: For goods return from customer, select Sales Return ( Cr. Note).
Step 3: Click on Add and fill in the required details such as Date, voucher no., original voucher no., etc.
Step 4: To adjust the rate difference in sale/purchase, Cr. Note(w/o Items).
Step 5: Click on Add and fill in the required details such as Date, voucher no., GST Nature, etc.

How do I record sales returns and generate credit/debit notes in BUSY?

To record Sales Return and Debit Note or Credit Note in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company, then go to the Transactions menu.

Can I create a sales order and convert it into an invoice?

Yes, you can create a sales order and convert it into an invoice in BUSY. To enable for sales order follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu then select configuration sub menu.
Step 2: Select features and options and click on Inventory tab.
Step 3: Here, tick on enable order processing then ok and save. You can add sales order from the transactions menu.
Step 4: To convert the sales order into an invoice you need to press F11 on the item row then pending order list will be appeared.
Step 5: You can select as required then save.
