Step 1: Go to the Transaction menu then click on sale then modify and specify the voucher number and open the voucher then click on export button.
Step 2: Then click on PDF and define the location where want to export the PDF and export it.
The PDF file which we have generated from BUSY is not opening. What error causes & how can I resolve it?
If you are not able to open PDF so please check these options:
Step 1: Please remove & reinstall Adobe reader in your system from google.
Step 2: Try to export files in excel & then you can convert it in PDF from google.

To change the default PDF reader in BUSY, you can follow the steps to select Adobe Reader as the default PDF application.
1. Go to administration.
2. Go to configuration.
3. Go to Hardware configuration.
4. Select the Default printer driver in that DoPDF. 5. After that while Printing the invoice its default printer is selected to DoPDF.
How do I download my credit notes as PDF files?
Follow below steps to download credit notes as PDF files:
Step 1: Go in transaction section.
Step 2: Then select credit note.
Step 3: Open or create desired credit note.
Step 4: Then Press ALT+P then select credit note.

If you want to export data in XML format, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration then click on Data Export Import.
Step 2: Click on Data Export/Import (XML) then click on Export Data.
Step 3: Click on Masters/Transactions for what you want to export.
Step 4: Select what you want to export set the file path and click on Export.
