What steps should I take to backup my data in BUSY? Is there an automatic backup feature available?

There are multiple options available for backing up your BUSY data. 
Step 1 : You can use the BUSY Agent tool to take automatic backups on a daily basis.
Step 2 : Additionally, you can manually take backups of your data and save it to a local system or cloud storage like Google Drive.
As for the frequency of backups, it is recommended to take backups regularly to ensure the safety of your data. It is advisable to take backups on a daily basis or at least on a weekly basis, depending on the volume and importance of your data.

I am unable to access my local drive backup. How can I restore my data from Google Drive?

To restore your data in BUSY which was taken on the Google Drive, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the google drive and find the backup files such as DATA and DISK1.
Step 2: Download both files in a folder.
Step 3: Next, open BUSY and select Restore Data option under the Company menu.
Step 2: Choose the folder that contains backup files and click on OK button to start the restoring process.
Step 3: If same data already exist in then BUSY will provide you an option to override it. You can chosse Yes/No as required.

What can I do when the current data is not working, and there are errors during reindexing?

If the current data is not working and showing error while reindexing the might be corruption in your database. In that case if you have any latest backup which you can restore it into BUSY.
To know how to restore it, follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY then click on Restore Data tab under the Company menu.
Step 2: Choose that folder path in which the backup files are kept then press Ok to proceed.
Step 3: If the same company is already exist the it will ask whether you want to overwrite it or not, so you can select as per the requirements.

Is it possible to backup my data before making changes to my vouchers in? If yes how?

Yes, it is possible to backup your data before making changes to your vouchers in BUSY.
To take backup of your data from BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY and select Backup Data option from Company tab.
Step 2: Choose the company that you want to backup.
Step 3: Enter your username and password if required and select the location where you want to save your backup file.
Step 4: Select the financial year that you want to backup, either All F.Y. or Selected F.Y. and click on the OK button to start the backup process.

Backup Data: To take backup of your data from BUSYfollow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSYand select Backup Data option from Company tab.
Step 2: choose the company that you want to backup.
Step 3: Enter your username and password if required and select the location where you want to save your backup file.
Step 4: Select the financial year that you want to backup, either All F.Y. or Selected F.Y. and click on the OK button to start the backup process. Step 5:Also you can copy Full data folder :Open Data Directory path and copy that folder and paste on any other location.

If I want to keep a record of my old company data, what should I do?

If you want to keep a record of your old company data then follow below steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY Software and go to company menu
Step 2: Then click on backup data option and then select particular company and specify user name and password if required
Step 3: Now specify path where you want to take backup by browsing there and then select All financial year or one financial year as per your requirement
Step 4: Then click on Ok and it will take few minutes to take backup and after completing the process a confirmation message will appear on the screen.

How do I take a backup before making changes to HSN codes?
