The issue with the path in BUSY can be resolved by following steps :
Step 1: If issue in Backup path when take a backup please create a new folder to take a back up.
Step 2: Set this new Backup path in BUSY backup Configuration and BUSY Agent backup configuration.
Step 3: Schedule the Backup timings and save the BUSY agent configuration.
Step 4: This issue will be resolved after creating a new backup folder.
Can we restore the backup in case of an error in the current database?
To restore the backup in case of a error in the current database in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY and select Restore Data option from Company tab.
Step 2: Choose the folder that contains backup files and click on OK button to start the restoring process.
Step 3: If same data already exist in then BUSY will provide you a option to override it. You can choose No as restore another company .

2. Can copy whole data folder and keep it in your external drive.
3. You can also use the BUSY Agent application which allows you to schedule your backup and save it on local and Google drive.

To take a backup of sql data from the client system, follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY in client system then select backup data option under the company menu.
Step 2: Select the company and enter the username and password if required then specify the backup path where you want to save backup files and specify shared folder path also for backup in case of sql data.

Step 1: Take a backup of all data from BUSY on the system using a pendrive or hard disk.
Step 2: Attach the pendrive or hard disk to the other system where you want to use it.
