How to take Backup of current data BUSY data before updating to the latest version

To take backup you can follow the steps. 
Step 1. To take backup open the BUSY.
Step 2. You will get the option of backup data click
Step 3. Now select the company.
Step 4. After selecting you will get the option of path selection.
Step 5. Now select the path of backup.
Step 6. select financial year.
Step 7. Now proceed to take backup.

What are the different places I can store a backup of my BUSY data?

You can store a backup of your BUSY data in the following places:
Step 1. Local storage: You can save the backup files on your computer's hard drive or any other local storage device.
Step 2. Google Drive: You can choose to store the backup files on your Google Drive account.
Step 3. Pen drive: You can also save the backup files on a pen drive or any other external storage device.

How can I back up my transactions before importing the stock transfer data?

You can take backup of your whole data before importing any data in BUSY. To take backup of your data, follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY then click on Backup Data under the Company menu.
Step 2: Select the company of which you want to take backup and enter the login credentials. (If Required)
Step 3: Select the backup path and you can select All financial year or single financial as required then proceed.

How can I take a backup before making changes to voucher numbering?

In BUSY, you can take the backup of company before making changes to voucher numbering by follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the BUSY application
Step 2: Go to company section and click on Backup data option
Step 3: Now, select the specific company for which you want to create backup and mention the login credentials if have.
Step 4: Specify the path for backup
Step 5: Start the backup process and let it complete.

What should I do if the company was deleted after the demo?

If a company got deleted , you have to restore backup file present of the company :
Step1: Open BUSY software and then go to company menu
Step 2: Now click on restore data option and mention the backuped data path on the required field
Step 3: Then click on OK and select Yes and after completing the process a confirmation message will display on the screen, now you can view the restored company.

How can I recover my data from a previous backup in BUSY?

To recover the data from a previous backup, you can restore that data by using these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY and select "Restore Data" option from Company tab.
Step 2: Choose the folder that contains backup files and click on OK button to start the restoring process.
Step 3: If same data already exist in then BUSY will provide you an option to override it. You can chosse Yes/No as required.

How do I take backup of data before upgrading to new version?

You can take the data backup from the Below Steps :
Step 1: Click on Company Menu
Step 2: Then Backup Data
Step 3: Select the company for which you want to take the backup
Step 4: Then Mention the company Username and Password
Step 5: Select the Financial Year for which you want to take the data backup for particular financial year or for all financial year.
Step 6: Then specify the backup folder path.

How to take backup of only selected companies and not all companies?

To take the backup of selected companies you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your BUSY software
Step 2: Then click on backup data option
Step 3: Afterwards select that company for which you want to take a backup
Step 4: If you set username and password for that company then it will ask you once
Step 5: Then specify the path for backup and click on ok button to proceed for the backup

Restore data from backup in BUSY Agent.

If you want to restore a backup taken by BUSY Agent, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY and select "Restore Data" option from Company tab.
Step 2: Choose the folder that contains backup files and click on OK button to start the restoring process.
Step 3: If same data already exist in then BUSY will provide you an option to override it. You can chosse Yes/No as required.

The power went off and the system shut down. What should I do to recover or restore the data?

If you have taken a backup through the backup configuration or from the BUSY agent, you can restore your data. However, if you haven't done so, we do not have any of your data for restoration. To restore your data, follow these steps. 
Step 1. Open BUSY and click on the Restore Data option.
Step 2. Provide the path to your backup folder and proceed to restore the data
