I am getting errors in BUSY after copying my company data to a new location. What could be wrong?
If you copy your data to new location then you will get errors due to these reasons:
1. You have set wrong data directory in BUSY.
2. Company folder not copied successfully.
3. You do not have full security rights for access that folder.
These are some common reason, further there can be more depending on the error message.
Why is my company not closing even after attempting to close it, and displaying an error about open forms?
There could be several reasons why a company is not closing in BUSY and displaying an error about open forms. One possible reason could be that there is a process running in the background that is preventing the company from closing and some database forms are open. You can try closing BUSY through Task Manager.

While you have plug in donlge & open company but not opening so follow these steps:
Step 1: First check BUSY runs in demo mode & licensed mode.
Step 2: Now check release of BUSY is same from where you copied data.
Step 3: Also take backup of your data.
Step 4: Now open it & then check.
Why is one of my companies not showing up in BUSY, but the other one is showing?
If company is not showing in list then you can make sure some followings below:
1. Make sure data directory is correct or you set it again.
2. Company folder should exist in data location.
3. You can restart your system.
4. If issue persist then replace dp file from existing backup of your data.
How can i Open a new company if an existing company already opened in BUSY ?
To open a new company simuntaneously in BUSY then follow the given steps :
Step 1: Open BUSY Software
Step 2: Then go to company menu
Step 3: Then select company and specify login username and password
Step 4: Then click on Ok button and open the company
Resolve login issues in BUSY.
To troubleshoot the login issue in BUSY, please provide more details about the error message that you see when you try to open the company. Is it related to the username and password or is it a run time error (RTE)? This will help us to identify and resolve the problem.
Facing the issue in data.

I am getting an error saying "Create New Company" when trying to open BUSY. How do I resolve this?
If you are getting message no company found create new company check below mention points.
1. Close all BUSY tabs if opened.
2. Go to taskmanger option of system setting make sure no BUSY tab opened their.
3. Check from set data directory option data directory should be correct.
