Pls follow the below steps.
Step 1: Take the backup again of the required company.

To resolve data missing issue restore the company data backup file Steps are as follow 
step 1: open BUSY
Step 2: click on restore data option under company

If you have data backup of the company from which the entries has lost then you can restore it that data.
We always recommend to take data backup as if you dont have backup then you will not be able to recover the lost data.

What is the file size limit for data in BUSY? Is there a per branch size limit?

In BUSY, there is no data size per branch limit; it depends on the data you are feeding.
In BUSY, we have a data size limit of 2 GB in Access Mode, 10 GB in the SQL free version, and unlimited in the SQL paid version.

How do I get help if my accounting data is corrupted after a software upgrade or configuration change?
