Solution 1: Put anti-virus software on the system.
2: Install BUSY Agent to schedule a time for the auto-backup process on Google Drive. For the installation of a BUSY agent, follow the steps.
Step 1: downlode setup from busy.in/download/
Step 2: Install BUSY Agent in the BUSYwin folder
Step 3: Open BUSY Agent Click on general configuration. Select database type, mention server name or data path, and click the save option.
Step 4: Back configuration on Google Drive mentaion gmail id, click on the authentication option for the first time once authentication access grant message occurs, then click the backup now option to select the days and mention the time for backup.
If your BUSY backup file is corrupted, then you can not restore it in BUSY. You have to concern with your authorized channel partner for repair your data.
To reset your company's password in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: If you want to reset Sub-user password then first login your company with super user(Admin user) and go to Administration tab and click on users.
Step 2: Click on modify and select the user of which you want to reset password and can change it and save.
Step 3: If you want to reset Super user (Admin user) password then you need to mail to your data to us on support@busy.in along with company's letterhead and BUSY Serial No.
Issue: If your BUSY is showing errors or crashing, follow these steps to fix it:
Step 1: Back Up Your Data
Regularly back up your company data to prevent loss. Use the backup feature in BUSY.
Step 2: Restore Data from Backup
If you have a recent backup, use the restore feature in BUSY to restore your data.
Step 3: Reindex the Database
Try running the "Reindex Database" option from the company menu to fix certain errors.
Step 4: Reinstall the Software
If the problem persists, consider reinstalling BUSY.
Step 5: Seek Help

To transfer or access data from a pen drive in BUSY, you can do the following:
Step 1: Plug your pen drive into your computer.
Step 2: Copy your data folder to the pen drive.
Step 3: Start BUSY.
Step 4: In the Company Menu, select "Set data directory" and provide the path to your data on the pen drive.
Step 5: Now, you can open your company and work with your data.
Please note that it's not recommended to regularly use a pen drive for your data. It's better to use an external hard drive for more reliable and secure data storage.
There could be several reasons why you are not able to see the entries you have made in the software and they seem to disappear.
1:It could be due to incorrect credit/debit entries,
2:changes in voucher groups, or a bug in the software.
3:It is recommended to check for any errors in the entries, to check incomplete voucher list from house keeping option before proceeding make sure you have a latest backup.
4:consider upgrading to the latest version of the software to resolve any bugs.
5:Check for pending vouchers awaiting approval, Approve those vouchers, and they should appear automatically.
If you face an issue while restoring data, see the following steps:
Step 1:Open the backup folder and unzip the data folder.
Step 2: Rename the data folder to COMP0001.
Step 3: Copy the data folder in the BUSY data directory.
If you are using SQL data, proceed to the next step.
Step 1: Open BUSY and go to the open company option.
Step 2: Note all Comp files
Step 3: Now open SQL Management Studio.
Step 4: Check the comp file to see if you find any other comp folders.
which does not exist in the company list.
Step 5: After detaching the file, the backup issue will be resolved.
Yes, A BUSY's crash can lead to data loss. To prevent crashes in the future, you can take the following steps:
Step 1: Update BUSY to the latest version.
Step 2: Prevent your System / Laptop from shutting down automatically, which can corrupt your data.
Step 3: Close any unnecessary background applications and processes.
Step 4: Protect your computer from malware and viruses by using a trusted antivirus software.
Step 5: Check that your computer meets the minimum system requirements for BUSY.
Step 6: Backup your data regularly to an external storage device or Google Drive.
In case of sudden system crash we recommend you to restore the BUSY backup data if you have any recent backup if you don't have any backup, it may not be possible to recover the lost data .
To restore backup data follow the below given steps:
Step 1: Click on Company menu and then select Restore data
Step 2: Give the backup data path
Step 3: Click on Ok or Press F2
Step 4: A popup will appear for overwrite Select No.
Note :For BUSY data we recommend you to take backup on daily basis,and restore it as per the requirement
