I installed the latest BUSY update but now my previously saved voucher/bill files are not opening. What should I do to access my old files?

If previously saved voucher/bill files won't open after updating BUSY then you need to follow these steps: 
Step 1: You can restore old backup of same data & then check.
Step 3: You can go to Housekeeping menu and run reindex database.

Actions to take if local BUSY data is lost?

I updated to the latest version of BUSY and now my old voucher attachments are missing what happened?

It is not possible that after update BUSY your old voucher will be influence futher it is recommmned you that to take backup before update your BUSY.you can restore your old backup if exist otherwise you have to enter voucher again.

What happens if I lose my device with BUSY on it?

If you lose your BUSY device then data will remain in your BUSY software. You can install the BUSY app in the new device and then can upload the data again.There is a limit you can change device only 5 times.

Why am I unable to see latest entry in BUSY data?

If you are unable to see latest entry in BUSY data, check the possible soluion:
1. Recheck the data directory and correct if specified wrong path.
2. Ensure that correct financial year is open in company.
3. Check by restore the latest data backup.

How to recover billing data from crashes or data corruption?

We always recommend to take backup on daily basis.In BUSY, have multiple option for taking the data backup due to this we can easily recover our data but when have no backup then unfortunately will not be able to retrieve it.

How do I retrieve lost sales data due to a system crash? Is there any way to recover the lost data?

If you have a backup of your sales data, you can recover your data by restoring it. Otherwise, it cannot be recovered. If possible, you can restore your data from your hard disk with the help of a hardware professional

The software crashed and I lost some data I entered today. How can I recover it?

Can I get an estimate on the turnaround time for data recovery?

It depends on how corrupt your data is. If it is more corrupt then it may take a little more time and sometimes it is not even recoverable.
Note- But on average approx time is 24 to 48 working hours

Why in BUSY my data is showing upto certain date?

There could be several reasons why in BUSY data is showing upto a certain date in BUSY. It could be due to incomplete data entry, incorrect date range selection, or not having the latest data backup of the data.
