If you forget your password, follow these steps:
Step1 Contact your BUSY Channel partner or send the BUSY backup file.
If the data size is large, copy the DB file from the data folder and send it to supportatBUSYdotin. Remember to include your company details.

If your data folder is not getting open then follow the below steps.
Step 1: You have to copy the data folder in different location then set the data path but if any error is coming while copying the data then contact to the IT person.

Step 2: Then reindex database and again create the file

Before updating, BUSY It is recommended to take a company backup to recover your data if it seems to be missing after updating.You can restore to recove or reimport the data. For the restore process, follow the steps.
Step 1: Close the company.
Step 2: Under company, select restore data.
Step 3: Provide provide backup data path for restoration.
