How can I change my password for the BUSY Account? I want to update it to a new password.
To change the Company Login password in BUSY then follow these steps.
Step 1. Open the company using the Super User.
Step 2. Then Go to the Administration menu.
Step 3. Then Select the Users option.
Step 4. Now Click on Modify and choose the Super User or Sub-User for whom you want to change the password.
Step 5. After selecting the user enter the new password and click on the Save button.
I forgot my registration password How can i recover it?
If you have forgot your registration password then please follow the given step
Step 1: Go to License management
Step 2: Then Get softlock license file
Step 3: Then enter the registered email id
Step 4: Then forgot password
Step 5: Check the reset password on mail

I am unable to login in my company as i forgot my username and password, what should I do?
If you are unable to login in your company and you have forgot your username and password in that case you need to send your current data to us through our support mail id then our support team will reset that username and password and will revert you on the same mail
While sharing your data please fill the below mentioned details in mail:
1. Serial number
2. Contact number
3. Contact person Name
4. Company name
5. Email id
I want to change my username and password. What is the procedure?
To change your company's Username and Password in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: First login your company with Super or Admin User.
Step 2: Go to Administration menu and click on Users.
Step 3: Click on Modify and select the user of which you want to change the username and password.
Step 4: Update the Username and Password and save changes.
Note: Take latest backup of your data before making any changes.
How can i reset or change Super User password in BUSY if i have forgotten it?
If you know super user password and want to change it in BUSY then follow the below steps:
Step1: Go to Administration menu and then click on Users section
Step2: Now click on Modify option and select super user and change password.
If you are forgotten the password of super user then share data backup of the company to support@busy.in via mail and our team will reset the password and reevrt on the same mail.
My old user ID in BUSY is not working. How do I get a new ID generated?
If you are unable to login the BUSY with old login ID and password and that is super user then you have to reset paaaword
To reset password you need to send that company data on our email id support@busy.in with your BUSY serial number, once your data will receive at our end then reset the password and your data with new password we will revert you on your same mail id
I unable to login my company in BUSY showing invalid user name please help

First, make sure you are entering the correct username and password or you can check your possbile password in your co. like user name and password -BUSY/BUSY or a/a if stili same then you have to share your company data on our suport@busy.in mail from your registered mail ID for password reset.We will then reset your company password and share it with you.

This Error in BUSY indicates that the user name which mentioned by you is incorrect, Make sure you have entered correct user name and password.you can login your company with super and check your user name and change password.

If you want to reset the BUSY user ID and password, see the following process:
Step 1 Open the company menu and go to set data directory.
Step 2 see the data path, explore the folder, and copy the DB file from the data folder.
Step 3 sent the DB file to supportatBUSYdotin from your registered email ID.
Step 4 After receiving the DB file, copy the file into your company data folder
Can I track and manage vendor bills in BUSY? How to recover my company login password because I have forgotten my company password?
Yes. you can track and manage your vendor's bill in BUSY through adding purchase voucher as well as payment voucher then you can check ledger report or you can check purchase report for only bills.
