If you missed the password of Softlock and your emailed ID is also not active now, how do you replace the registered email ID? For this, you need to follow the below steps:
Step 1: Advised to send mail to Support@busy.in with the latterhead request and invoice copy.
Step 2: and with all necessary details like company name, contact person, mobile number, registered mail ID, sr. no., etc.

Can I reset password in BUSY self

No you can't reset password self 
Password reset is required only in case of forgot password
for password reset follow these steps:
1. copy your comp folder from data location and send through mail with registered mail id
2. At support@busy.in with proper detail like serial no. name and mobile no.
3. Our support team will resend data after reset password
4. you can restore data and use

Unable to log in company to BUSY. Shows Invalid username or password. What to do?

If you forgot your company username and password, follow these steps: 
Step 1: Take a backup of your data.
Step 2: Write your BUSY Serial Number, Contact Person's name, Mobile Number, Email ID, Organization Name, and the issue, on your company letterhead.
Step 3: Scan the written letterhead and send it, along with the attached data, to support@busy.in email ID.

To reset your password for your BUSY license if you have forgotten the same you can follow the steps:
Step1 open BUSY and go to license management and click on
surrender softlock where you should fill the register mail ID and serial
number and click on forgot password .
Step2 you will get the register password over the mail in your
register mail ID

Step 2: Click on modify and select the user of which you want to update password.
Step 3: On user page can update the password and save the changes.
