How do I resolve the run time error 3343,420 or 3265 in BUSY Accounting Software?

If you see any other RTE (run time error) while opening the company, you can try below troubleshooting steps:
Before doing anything take latest backup of your data.
Step 1: If showing RTE-3343 or RTE-5 then run Reindex Database from the Company menu.
Step 2: If showing RTE-420, then take backup of that company and restore it with overwrite no.
Step 3: If showing RTE-3265 then try to run that data in any lower of BUSY.

Runtime Error 91, "Invalid call or argument," in BUSY while rewrite book occurs when you're trying to execute the procedure before completing the previous procedure follow these steps to resolve the issue:

Yes if you encounter error 5 then you can follow some steps:
Step 1: Take backup of Your Data From Company menu
Step 2: After Take Backup of Your Data Go to Company menu and click on Reindex Databases
Step 3: Now select the comapny and tick the option of you can proceed as I have latest backup
Step 4: Now reindex all FY One by one and then open your company

showing run time error 5 while open comapny how to fix this?

RTE 5 after open software to fix this error follow this steps 
1.Install our latest version of software ,
2.Check in the regional setting from Control Panel the language It should be (English us).
3.Re-index data for all Financial Yearand then open comapny and run re-index from house keeping utility also .
4.If any error comes again that means data is corrupted and you need to send it on support mail.

How to resolve RTE 3167 while opening the Ledger Report?

To resolve the RTE 3167 while opening the Ledger Report, you should follow these steps:
Step 1: Take the latest backup of the company.
Step 2: Open the company and then go to the House keeping Tab and run Rewrite books.
Step 3: After completing the process, open the ledger report and check if the error is resolved or not.
Step 4: If the issue persists, send the data backup to support@busy.in for further assistance.

I entered data yesterday and it was working, but today i am not able to login company it is showing RTE 5. What should I do?

Step 1: Take Backup of Your Data From Company menu

Why am I unable to close the BUSY company after configuring the auto-backup? What could be the issue?

There could be few reasons due to we are unable to close the company after configuring the auto-backup:
1: In backup configuration we have specified Enforce to take backup while close the company
2: Specified folder in backup configuration does not exist.

Step 1: Take a latest backup of the data.
Step 2: Then Go to housekeeping menu and select reindex database option.
Step 3: After completion of the process check again by importing data.
