The software is crashing frequently. What steps can I take to troubleshoot this?
To resolve the issue of software crashing frequently follow below steps:
Step 1: Disable antivirus or exclude BUSY from antivirus properties.
Step 2: Right-click on the program icon and select Properties from the drop-down menu.
Step 3: Select the Compatibility tab. Under Compatibility mode, check the box next to Run this program in compatibility mode then select Apply and OK.
Step 4: Drag UAC user account control down from window search option.
Step 5: Then set correct date, time and region, locale as united kingdom from control panel.
Step 6: Restart system in order to see the effect of change.
Step 7: If still faces the same problem then try updating the software to the latest release.
My software shows error even after restarting the system. How do I fix this?
To fix the error 91 set the UAC and compatibility
To set UAC and compatibility follow the below mentioned steps:
Step 1: Right click on BUSY Incon
Step 2: Click on Properties
Step 3: Click on Compatibility
Step 4: Look for the option Run the program in compatibility mode and tick that
Step 5: And also tick the option Run this program as Administrator
Step 6: Click on Apply and then click on OK
After this process open the company in BUSY and check if Issue still persist then further follow the below mentioned process:
1. Take the data backup
2. Remove and reinstall the BUSY
3. Give the data path in BUSY then check this issue will resolve
How to resolved RTE 91 while opening company ?
If you are facing run time error 91, you can reinstall BUSY by following these steps:
Step 1: Take the latest backup of your data.
Step 2: Open the control panel then go to programs and features option.
Step 3: Right click on BUSY setups and uninstall the same.
Step 4: Now, Go to busy.in site then click on resource and choose the download option.
Step 5: Click on download the BUSY latest version.
Step 6: Next, double click on setup and install the same.
Step 7: After installation, open the BUSY and set data directory.
Note - Before installing BUSY, you can cut the system folder that exists in the BUSYWin folder where BUSY was previously installed and paste it into another folder.

Why am I getting a message to "switch , activate the BUSY"?
The switch to message is showing in BUSY while its not get the permission as administrator
to solve the issue follow the steps
1 close BUSY and right click on BUSY logo and click on properties
2 then click on compatibility and tick on run this program as an administrator mode
3 then click on change setting for all users and again tick on run this program as an administrator mode
then click on apply and ok then again click on apply and ok
4 Go to control panel and click on user accounts
5 then click on change user account control setting and make it never notify
6 restart the computer and run BUSY again
Why does the software slow or shut down after generating vouchers?
In case of software working slow or it get hang after adding working continousaly in it,check these options
1.In case you have imported voucher from excel in bulk as it may get hang if process is interrupted
2.Check junk characters and incomplete vouchers in housekeeping option after taking backup of data
3.If issue in on client system,check same on server and check lan connectivity in both systems
4.Check spce drive in which BUSY is installed or data is saved
5.If still BUSY get slow down or shut down,take backup of your data and check by reinstalling in another drive
6.You can also reindex data base from housekeeping in case it shows any error or shut down
Some Exclusive oprattion is being run..... issue showing?
If some exclusive operation is being run and a message is showing, then you need to follow the below steps:
Step 1: For this, you need to close the BUSY application, and when you close the BUSY application, all the open forms will close at the time of closing the company, and you can reopen the BUSY issue.
Step 2: Also, make sure no utility is run, just like balance update, rewrite book, etc. If you still issue permission, then you can delete the lock file from the data base option in case of accessing the database.
Step 3: Restart the services of SQL in the case of the SQL database.
while running BUSY on client system not getting run
There could be multiple reason for not running BUSY on client system
to solve the issue follow the steps
1 It could be possible you are running a RDP to run BUSY from outside
but due to some issue in RDP setting BUSY not opening in that case you have to
contact the RDP provider
2 If you are running BUSY in LAN then check the network sharing due to
sharing issue the issue could be generate
3 It could be possible the BUSY application not installed properly in client system
in that case uninstall BUSY and reinstall agin and set the data directory of server
