Can I share my digital signature with other users?
No, you cannot share your digital signature with other users. The digital signature dongle needs to be installed on the system from which invoice withdrawal is done. Sharing of digital signature is not possible across systems.
I installed the DSC on my desktop PDF but when I email or WhatsApp someone, the DSC signature gets removed. How do I fix this?
To avoid DSC signature removal:
1.Export the PDF with the DSC signature.
2.Send it as an attachment, instead of copying and pasting into the email or WhatsApp message.
3.Use Adobe Reader to validate the digital signature before sending.
