What are the steps to set up digital signatures on my invoices?

 Steps for set up digital signatures for signing documents in BUSY are mentioned below:
Step 1: Buy a DSC (Digital Signature Certificate) dongle and insert it into your system.
Step 2: Launch BUSY and open your company.
Step 3: Go to the Administration tab and click on the Configuration option.
Step 4: Select Features / Options and click on the General tab.
Step 5: Set the option “Apply Digital Signatures in Invoice/Document” to Y and click on the Configuration button.
Step 6: Select “BUSY” as the Digital Signature Software Vendor and choose your DSC from the dropdown list.
Step 7: Enter your DSC’s password / PIN and ‘Search String’ (default is Authori).
Step 8: Save all the configurations and your BUSY is ready to digitally sign invoices / documents.
Please note that the DSC Dongle needs to be plugged in whenever you want to export invoices with digital signatures.

 If green tick not shown for digital signature, please follow below step for troubleshooting:
Step 1: Make sure that the dongle is properly inserted into the USB port of your computer.
Step 2: Check if the dongle is compatible with BUSY. Refer to the system requirements for digital signatures in BUSY.
Step 3: Check if there are any issues with the PDF reader software you are using. Try using a different PDF reader, such as Adobe Reade.
Step 4: If shown question mark sign in digital signature, Right click on that open properties and click add to Trust.
Step 5:Try connecting the dongle to a different USB port on your computer.
Steo 6:Restart your computer and open BUSY again to see if the dongle is detected.
Step 7: If the issue persists, contact technical support for further assistance in troubleshooting the problem."

How can I resolve invalid signature error while printing digital signature in BUSY ?

 To resolve "invalid signature" errors on BUSY, you can try the following steps:

Step 2: Check Desktop Shortcut: Look for any desktop shortcuts related to the DSP software.
If you find a shortcut, it indicates that the software is installed. Double-click on the shortcut to open and confirm the installation.
Step 3: Open the Programs and Features window by pressing Win + R, typing appwiz.cpl, and pressing Enter. Look for the DSP software in the list of installed programs.
