How can I remove or disable digital signatures if needed?
If you want to disable digital signatures feature in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Launch BUSY and open your company.
Step 2: Go to the Administration tab and click on the Configuration option.
Step 3: Select Features / Options and click on the General tab.
Step 4: Set the option “Apply Digital Signatures in Invoice/Document” to N and click on the Save button.

To generate and apply a digital signature on invoices/bills in BUSY, you need to enable the "Applied Digital Signature in Invoice Documents" feature in the software's configuration settings. Once enabled, you will need a digital signature certificate provided by your Certificate Authority (CA). Configure this certificate in BUSY and then you can apply the digital signature to your invoices/bills.
How do I find my company code or number that is needed when installing my DSC? Where does this come from?
For installation of DSC it is not needed to BUSY company code. but if you want to check BUSY company code.Please follow below steps : Step 1: open BUSY application and click on Company Menu
Step 2: and click on open company you will You will see a list of company names along with their corresponding company codes.
How do I reset my digital signature PIN if I forget it?
In BUSY, We can mention the Changed PIN in General Tab. Pls Follow the Below Steps.

Step 5: Mention the Reset PIN in Digital Signature Option.
If the customer has forget the PIN then have to reset in Digital Signatue tool. For more help can contact to DSC Person.
