What is the maximum number of currency decimal I can display?
The maximum number of currency decimal is 9 you can display in BUSY, For change currency decimal you can follow below steps:
Ensure that you have taken a latest backup.
Step 1: Go to administration menu then click on configuration option.
Step 2: Then click on Features and Options and then click on regional settings button.
Step 6: Now mention the currency decimal places according to your requirements, up to 9 decimals and click on save button to save the changes.
What should I do if I am unable to see all the information in BUSY as from the bottom Amount option is cutting in BUSY?
If you are not able to see complete Information from the Bottom amount option is cutting, This is because of your Display resolution. Below are the steps to correct it:-
Step 1: First Go to Desktop Screen.
Step 2: Then Right Click on it and click on the Display Setting option then click on the Screen resolution option.
Step 3: Then Update the Screen resolution to Either 1360*768 or 1366*768 as this resolution is more compatible with BUSY.
How can I add background image in company?
To add background image in company in BUSY you need to follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration menu and then submenu configuration and then select features and options
Step 2: After that select Display setting and enable Set company background image option as Y
Step 3: Now specify company background image path and enable option Fit to screen as Y as per your requirement
Step 4: Then save the configuration.
