The "User log entries 1x" error means that the user activity log report has exceeded 100,000 entries, which can slow down the system. To fix it, you can delete the log entries or disable the user activity log report using default shortcut F8 key to delete enteries

What steps should I follow to properly install the digital signature certificate?

Where are custom report formats saved on my computer?

Custom report formats are typically configured and saved in the BUSY main data directory, but they may not appear in the list as they are hidden configurations. However, you can still take a backup of these custom reports if needed and then restore them to another company.

1. Access the sales or reports in the report section.
2. Choose the date range to filter the report.

Audit trail report shows you the details of the transactions and masters you have added deleted or modified in BUSY and by which user and also show the date and time details . It is also mandatory By MCA to enable audit trail in your company

To edit or update a saved custom report format, follow these steps:
1. Open the custom report.
2. Click on the custom report.
3. Select the format displayed in the list.
4. Edit rows/columns.
5. Modify or edit the settings.
6. Add the necessary fields.
7. Save the format and save the settings.

To check general tab options in BUSY,follow these steps
Step 1 Open your company
Step 2 Go to administartion and then configuration
Step 3 Select feature/options and Select GENERAL tab
Step 4 Now you can check general options and enable it as per need and save the changes

How to view the log or audit trail of item price changes done in the software?

In BUSY, we have option of Audit Trial. Through this we can check which user has done the modification in Voucher with proper voucher details.
Note : Current Item Price will show but not the old price. For that can check in old data backup.

How can I rename my signature image to match my username?

To rename your signature image you need to follow some steps:
Step 1: Go to the place in system where image exist.
Step 2: Now right click on image and select the rename option.
Step 3: Now specify the same name as user name in BUSY.
