I made a new branch recently but entries I make in the main branch are not showing up in the new branch. What could be causing this?

If a voucher is added to a specific series of the head office, you cannot view these vouchers in the branch office. In the branch office, only data displayed is related to that specific branch or as per the tagging set in the head office.

isuse in branch wise opeing import there is multiple reasons 
1. your branch wise balance option not enabled in master so you need to enabled that optio in master .
2. multi currency option was enabled so that's why error showing in opening balance .

What options are available for controlling user access on a branch-wise basis in BUSY?

While creating branch it will ask to create User in it. Or you can tag branch master in a 
particular user master. From
1. Click on administration
2. User
2. Add/ Modify
The rights you will provide to the user. it will automatically consider of the branch master.

Why is the sync process not working in BUSY?

If sync process is not working in BUSY, you need to follow these steps :
Step 1 : Open company go to administration
Step 2 : Then configuration then features/options
Step 3 : Go to enterprise feature and enable HO/BO data sync and configure setting and save.

I deleted some unused item masters in my BUSY head office but after syncing, those items still appear in my branch office. Why is this happening?

If an unused item master has already been synchronized to the branch office, deleting the unused item master from the head office will not automatically remove it from the branch office. The deletion action needs to be initiated separately in the branch office.

I want to see only the transactions related to my specific branch. Currently it is showing transactions from other branches. What should I do?

To view the transactions related to a specific branch, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the transaction tab and select voucher type as per required.
Step 2: Click on List option
Step 3: Choose the specific branch name and mention date range for the report.
