How to create a delivery challan in BUSY?

If you want to create a delivery challan in BUSY please follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu
Step 2: Then click on configuration button
Step 3: Then click on features and option
Step 4: Then click on inventory tab
Step 5: Then make sure enable sale/purchase challan option is enabled
Step 6: Then save the changes and go to transactions menu
Step 7: Then click on material issue to party voucher and click on add button
Step 8: Then specify the required fields such as series, date and voucher number then make sure to select type as sales challan then proceed to create the challan

How to enable job work feature in BUSY?

If you want to enable job work feature in BUSY follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu
Step 2: Then click on configuration button
Step 3: Then click on features and option
Step 4: Then click on inventory tab
Step 5: Then tick the enable job work feature to enable it
Step 6: Afterwards enable inhouse or outside job work as required
Step 7: Tick the options as required
Step 8: Then click on ok button then save the changes
Step 9: Then go to transactions menu and you can create job work vouchers from material issue to party and material received from party option

I already entered my inventory in individual units in BUSY. How can I now bundle them into boxes?

If you want to update two unit in item with conversion factors then you can use the alternative unit feature by follw these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration then click on configuration menu
Step 2: Choose the features and option then select inventory tab
Step 3: Enable for alternative unit feature and save the configuration.
Step 4: Now, again Go to administration section then click masters menu
Step 5: Choose the item option then click on add
Step 6: Nxt, create the item master by specify the ite name, group, main unit, alternative unit with its conversion factor and other details. Afterward, save the master.

How do I create items for tracking stock in different units of measure like bags versus kgs?

To track stock for different unit, you need to follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu and select configuration from it.
Step 2: Then select feature and option from it and after that select inventory option.
Step 3: Under inventory tab tick on alternate unit of item and click on save button to save the changes.
Step 4: Then go to administration then masters and select item then add option to add the item and maintain both unit then also mention conversion factor for the unit.
Step 5: After setting alternate unit for item you can enter sale purchase with both units.

. How should I handle production when some components are made in-house and some are purchased?

When some components are made In House then Use Manufacturing Feature.
BOM- Bill of Material is used for manufacturing and Production of an item. We can generated the Finished Good from Raw Material vise versa for unassemble.
Pls Follow the Below Steps:
Step 1: Administration
Step 2: Configuration
Step 3: Features and Options
Step 4: Inventory
Step 5: Enable the Manufacturing Option
Step 6: Create BOM under Masters
Step 7: Specify the Finished Good - Item to Produce Option
Step 8: Mention the Generated finished good Quantity.
Step 9: Mention the Ram Material Details.
Note : For Better Report, Can Specify 1 Qty for Finished and accordingly mention the raw material.

I made sale order but reference window is not showing in the sale order voucher.

If the sale order reference is not showing in the sale order then you have to check optionby following the below mentioned steps:
Step 1: Go to administration then configuration.
Step 2: Click on Feature & options then go to Inventory tab.
Step 3: Click on the configure tab of the option of Enable order processing.
Step 4: A window appeares, then uncheck the option of auto create or adjust order reference.
Step 5: Now click on ok button in window to save and also save from the outside of the window.
Now you can check in the sale order, a reference window will show.
