Q: I am unable to access certain features and options in the software. Why is this happening, and how can I enable full access?

If you are unable to use certain features and options in the BUSY software it is because of the reason mentioned below: Reason 1: Your user do not have rights to use certain feature to check that follow the below steps: Step 1: Login company with superuser then go to administration Step 2: Then go to user and select modify Step 3: Select your user then check in user rights section and give rights to user for features Step 4: Login with your user again and check Reason 2: Your model might not include the features you want so check your BUSY model

Q: I imported an item in MTS but need to sell it in KGS in BUSY. How can I do this conversion?

To use two units in item you need to enable the alternate unit feature in BUSY, you can follow below steps to enable the alternate unit in BUSY: Step 1: Go to administration menu and select configuration option. Step 2: Then select feature and option and click on inventory tab. Step 3: Then from inventory tab enable alternate unit of item and click on save button. Step 4: Go to administration menu and then click on masters option. Step 5: Under masters select item then click on add now you can add item with two unit and make sure to mention conversion factors.

step 7: Take detail according to your need and click on update sale price and then click on update in master
step 8: It will auto update sale price in Item master

If you are unable to use certain features and options in the BUSY software it is because of the reason mentioned below:
Reason 1: Your user do not have rights to use certain feature to check that follow the below steps:
Step 1: Login company with superuser then go to administration

To use two units in item you need to enable the alternate unit feature in BUSY, you can follow below steps to enable the alternate unit in BUSY:
Step 1: Go to administration menu and select configuration option.
Step 2: Then select feature and option and click on inventory tab.
Step 3: Then from inventory tab enable alternate unit of item and click on save button.
Step 4: Go to administration menu and then click on masters option.
Step 5: Under masters select item then click on add now you can add item with two unit and make sure to mention conversion factors.
