Pls Follow the Below Steps:
Step 1: Administration
Step 2: Masters
Step 3: Material Centre
Step 4: Add
Another Optiion is maintain the HO-BO in BUSY, If Location is in different state.

want to mention FSSAI License number

For Mention FSSAI License number follow these steps:
1. Go In Administration then go in configuration
2. Then Go in Features/option then go in Inventory tab
3. Enable FSSAI license number and mention license number and save tab

How do I manage inventory, track orders or generate purchase orders in BUSY?

Inventory management is available in BUSY for manage inventory Critical Level is available in item master for maximum, minimum and reorder level management of inventory. For tracking inventory reports is available in Display Tab, Stock status

How to give one item free in BUSY billing without stock effect?

In BUSY, We can give free quantity during voucher entry but stock will get affect. If We dont want to affect the stock then have to enable the Do Not Maintain Stock Balance in Item Master.

How do I enable or disable specific features as per my requirements?

To enable or disable specific features in BUSY, you can go to the Administration menu, then select Configuration, and then choose Feature Options. From there, you can enable or disable various features based on your requirements.

The reports are not showing scheme details properly, what do I do?

To resolve this issue , please follow steps : 
Step 1 : Recheck the dat entry
Step 2: modify the scheme master
Step 3 : re applied the schem in the voucher and resave the voucher

How do I manage inventory valuation methods consistently across multiple branches?

To manage stock valuation method across branch, Set up a separate material center for each branch and maintain the stock valuation based on the material center. This will help to calculate accurate cost of product branch-wise.

What is the right way to do product costing in BUSY?

The right way to do product costing is enter proper qty and rates in vouchers and select appropriate stock valaution menthod. By following this way product costing can tracked by reports and it show accurate result

What does do not maintain stock balance mean under inventory options.

This data field is useful if you do not want to maintain stock of the items. The option is basically required for service items in which there is no need to maintain stock of the item.

Do I need to enter sale type when creating a challan in BUSY?

you need to enter sale type if creating sale challan and showing option for select sale type.But tax in challan will not affect account for tax.only it will show in voucher and printing of required.
