Can I maintain multiple mrp for same barcode number in BUSY.How?

Yes, you can maintain multiple mrp for same barcode number then follow the below steps.
Step 1: Click on administration and then configuration
Step 2: Then features and options and choose the inventory tab
Step 3: On the right side parameter details option, click on configure and enable multiple mrp for same bcn then ok and save it.when you enter the voucher then can mention it mutliple mrp in parameter window.

How do I check the expiration dates for my inventory items?

Yes, if you are using the batch option for items and maintaining the expiry date at the voucher 
level, then you can check a separate report of all those items that are going to expire within a
few days in BUSY. This report can help you keep track of items that are nearing their expiry date
and take appropriate action to sell or dispose of them before they expire.

Not getting serial no. data while picking in sales voucher.

If serial number not picking while selecting item in sales following reasons can
happen:
Step 1: Check have we done puchase of that particular serial number.
Step 2: If yes, then check the serial number wise closing stock report. Is that
Serial number exist in stock or sold out.
Step 3: Check thr transacation date. Are we selecting correct date. It is possible
we have selected before puchase date. So then change the date.

How to add or update bank transactions in BUSY?

To Add and modify transactions within BUSY, follow these steps: Navigate to the 'Transaction' section, then select either 'Payment,' 'Receipt,' or 'Contra.' For adding or modifying a transaction, provide the necessary details such as the relevant bank name, along with other affected accounts and the corresponding amount. After inputting the required information, save the voucher. This will ensure that the changes are accurately reflected in the respective accounts.

Can I change batch mapping in invoices after saving the voucher?

Yes, you can change batch mapping in invoices after saving the voucher.To edit or adjust batches in already made sales entries, you can go to the sales voucher and make the necessary adjustments manually. Alternatively, you can use the auto-adjustment utility, which adjusts batches on a FIFO (First-In, First-Out) basis. This utility helps in automatically adjusting batches without the need to select each batch for every item.

Step 1: Go to display menu and select batch wise reports.
Step 2: Select batch wise stock option then select the item range and select entry wise details.
Step 3: Enter the date range then open the report and you will see batch wise manufacturing and expiry dates.
