My BUSY software version seems outdated. How do I update to the latest release?
If you want to update BUSY version please follow these steps:
Step 1: Take the latest backup of your data
Step 2: Then open your BUSY
Step 3: After that click on check BUSY updates option
Step 4: Then click on download updates after that two setup will be downloaded at desktop or the path you specified to download the setup
Step 5: After that go to the desktop and install both setup in same drive where is your BUSY is installed
Step 6: Now your BUSY version is successfully updated
The update I tried to install failed. How can I troubleshoot this?
If you are getting stuck or facing any error while installing BUSY updates,make sure these points
1.Check BUSY release you are trying to install is properly installed
2.Make sure BUSY and BUSY agent appication is closed in backend or check in task manager
3.If still show any error,you can restart your system and then again try installing release updates
4.Also you can check antivrus or firewall in your system,exclude BUSY and its BUSYwin folder from the antivrus and then check
