You can surrender the BUSY license from the previous PC, After that you can register the BUSY on your new PC or laptop. After surrendering, the BUSY license will be automatically removed from the old PC.

The software works for a few days and then runs into the demo mode again. Why is this happening?
When software works for few days then runs in demo mode, you have to revalidate the softlock license.
Pls Follow the Below Steps :
Step 1: Company Menu
Step 2: License Management
Step 3: Revalidate Softlock License
We need to revalidate it once in a month with the internet connectivity.

Yes, you can validate the softlock license in the BUSY by following below steps:
Step1: Go to company menu and then click on license management option
Step2: Now click on revalidate softlock license option and then press yes
Step3: After that a confirmation message will appear on the screen and then restart BUSY
How do I activate my license after installing BUSY?
To active license:
Step 1 : Open BUSY
Step 2 : Click on company menu
Step 3 : SOftlock registration
Step 4 : Put serial no and activation key
Step 5 : License file will recv on register email
Step 6 : PUt license file in BUSYwin folder where BUSY installed
I forgot the email I used to register my account. How can I find out what it is?
If you forgot the registered mail ID for BUSY license registration, you can follow the below steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY then go to license management and click on get softlock license file
Step 2: Mention your serial number and after press enter you can see hint of your registered mail id
I can't find where to enter my license key. Where do I put it?
In BUSY, you need to place your Softlock license key in the same drive and folder where BUSY has been installed. For example, if BUSY is installed in the C drive within the BUSYwin folder, then you should put the license file in the BUSYwin folder on the C drive.
What should I do if I encounter an error while registering Softlock in BUSY?
If you encounter an error during Softlock registration, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that BUSY is installed with the latest release.
2. Ensure a stable internet connection is available for the Softlock registration process.
3. If you have any antivirus software on your system, temporarily disable it or exclude BUSY from the antivirus.

Step 2: Choose the get softlock license file then specify the BUSY serial number and registered email id.
Step 3: Click on forget password then you will get your BUSY registerd password on your email.
