How to displaying license details correctly in BUSY's registration section?
When you register your license first time you need to enter all the license details such as serial no, activation key, organization name, address, etc. So you have to check all the details before complete the registration process because that details will be displayed on the softlock registration section.
I entered my BZ number but it says it is registered to some other account. Why is this happening?
If your BUSY number showing already registered to some other account
then it is possible that there was a mistake in restration process . To get register it in your system you need to surrender BUSY first from license management option Then you have to register it again
How to reset password of registered email id of BUSY license ?
For reset password you can go follow below steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY
Step 2: Click on company menu
Step 3: License Management
Step 4: Get Softlock license file
Step 5: Mention serial no. and then Click on forget password option.
Step 6: Now you will get password on your registered email id.
How to get the BUSY License activation code?
To get the BUSY activation code, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to License Management then click on Get Softlock Activation Key.
Step 2: Enter the serial number and register email id and password then click on get activation key.
Step 3: Activation key will receive on register mail id.
While doing softlock registeration it is asking for BUSY serial no. which i dont have .What should I do ?
To find out your BUSY serial no follow the steps mentioned below :
Step 1 : Check your registered email id and search BUSY registeration related emails
Step 2 : Check your BUSY Purchase invoice and find out the serial no mentioned there.
Why am I getting an error that says "Invalid license" when trying to access BUSY?
You are getting the error Invalid license when trying to access BUSY because the license key you entered is not valid or has expired. Please make sure you have entered the correct license key and check if your license is still valid.
While opening BUSY shows license file error how to fix it?
while open BUSY if softlock not found and BUSY open as demo mode then check BUSYwin folder that softlock file showing in folder or not if not then you need to generate soft lock file and again copy past in BUSYwin folder
Will the license file be given on the mail temporarily?
No, the license file given on mail is not temporary as it will work as long as the BUSY registered on same hardisk or machine id. Further, new license file will generate if you register BUSY on different machine id or hardisk.
How can I resolve the User Registration prompt issue?
If BUSY is showing for user registration then you need to do the user registration if you are using as trail and after enter all details you will get OTP for enter in BUSY for verification purpose and then you can BUSY.
What is the process to validate the license?
To validate the license file, you need to follow these steps :
Step 1: Open BUSY go to license management
Step 2: Select re validate softlock license, while doing re validate softock license file internet connection must required. If yes, the click on OK.
