If you are facing HDD mismatch error while opening the BUSY, then you need to register again your license by using these steps: Step 1: Open BUSY click license management option under company tab Step 2: Select Softlock Registration option Step 3: You have to select Machine ID. Step 4: Enter the Serial No. and Activation Key that you received from BUSY. Click on the Validate Serial No. button. Step 5: Enter your registered email id and password. Step 6: After clicking on the Register button, you will receive an email with a license file attached. If your software license or activation code does not seem to be working, follow the below steps: Step 2: You need to go to Licence Management and Softlock Registration. Enter the serial number and activation key, validate the licence, enter your registered mail ID, and follow the registration process. Step 3: Then you will receive a fresh mail for the licence file. You have to download that file and paste the licence file in the BUSYwin folder. Step 4: and then re-open the BUSY software; it will show you in licence mode. This will remove the demo mode and activate the BUSY on the new computer in licence mode.
