If you want to retrieve your license key you can follow some steps: Step 1: Close your company and then click on License Management option in company menu . Step 2: Now click on Get softlock License File option Step 3: Now enter your Serial No.,Registetr email id and password and password is not remember then click on forgot option and it will be send to on your mail id and then enter in BUSY. Step 4: Now click on Get license file option and check mail on Registetr email id. Step 5: Now download License key and then paste in BUSYwin Folder where BUSY has installed and restart your BUSY.
