How many versions or software systems does BUSY have? What are the differences?
BUSY has multiple version with some enhancement in comparing from old release. you can view these changes in the release, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Login the company in BUSY
Step 2: Go to help menu then click on what's new option
Step 3: Click on BUSY 21 to check the product release and Statutory updated to check the changes related to tax then a document in PDF will appear where you can check the changes exist in particular releases.
Where can I find tutorials or user guides for BUSY software?
You can find our guides for tutorials as follows:
Step 1: Open BUSY & login Company.
Step 2: Then go in Help.
Step 3: Then Select according as we have user manual, knowledge documents, training help videos, shortcut keys & quick start guide.
Step 4: Also you can check document & video for any feature (as we have tagged with feature) which you using in BUSY.

To learn different option in BUSY you can use different ways.
1. In BUSY we have HELP option in the Option bar.

If you want to enable a particular feature in the BUSY but dont know the procedure then you can use below options.
Step 1: Press F1 then help menu will get open from there you can read the steps to enable the feature.
Step 2: When you open the BUSY, On right bottom you have to click on search menu then mention the feature name.

3.It Shows 2 options In BUSY 21 you can find chnages made by BUSY or in statutory Updates find Changes in Government Templet.

Yes, there is a knowledgebase and forum available for self-help with BUSY and to find the document follow the steps
Step 1 In company go to help menu
Step 2 Select knowledge documents option
Step 3 Download the knowledge document and it will be opened
Step 4 We can find the multiple options in document for to be used in BUSY
