How secure is BUSY customer data in cloud
BUSY takes the security of customer data in the cloud seriously. They implement various measures to ensure data protection, such as encryption, access controls, and regular backups. However, it is always recommended to follow best practices for data security and use strong passwords to further enhance the security of your data.
Can I access BUSY on multiple devices?
Yes, you can access BUSY on multiple devices with a valid multi-user license or client-server edition license. And recently, we launched a mobile app subscription to access BUSY data 24x7, anytime, anywhere, through the cloud. An important point here is that this mobile app is compatible with all the BUSY editions.
Is there a way to track the status of an open issue or request placed with BUSY customer service?I want to change the default currency in BUSY. How can I do this?
To create and manage multi currency:
Step 1: CLick on administration
Step 2 : Configuration
Step 3 : Features and options
Step 4 : Accounts
Step 5 : Enable multi currency
Step 6 : Enable multi currency in account masters
Step 7 : Define multi currency in voucher as needed
What is the meaning of "Regenerate Dual Voucher"? Why do I need to do it?
This option can be used if at some stage you find that there is some difference in stock or accounting entries or you have made any changes in Bill Sundry configuration and want to regenerate all the vouchers in bulk.
Note- Before Run Regenerate dual voucher must take backup of data.
Why am I unable to find a particular option in BUSY?
If you are not able to find a particular option in BUSY, then you use our Search Menu option which is located on the right side of your BUSY screen. After opening it you can write which you want to find in the search string and see the relevant results.
What is the proper procedure for opening my company file in BUSY? It seems to be opening incorrectly.
To open your company in BUSY, go to company menu and click on Open Company, then select the company which you to open and enter username and password ( If required). Further if you are facing any issue while opening the company please let us know the error message.
How can I tell if my voucher is for a purchase or sale?
You can determine if a voucher is for a purchase or sale by checking the voucher type mentioned on the voucher. If it is mentioned as a purchase voucher, then it is for a purchase. If it is mentioned as a sale voucher, then it is for a sale.
What is the difference between BUSY Enterprise Single user and Multi user version
The BUSY Enterprise Single user version is designed for a single user, meaning it can only be used by one person at a time only in one system. On the other hand, the Multi user version allows multiple users to access and use the software simultaneously on multiple system.
What is the serial number for my business account?.
for know your BUSY serial number for your bussiness accpount please follow the below steps
step 1: Open your BUSY software
step 2: after open BUSY in top of the software screen there is details available related your BUSY software's version, model & 8 digit serial number
Why is the caption name I want to change not getting reflected after I modify the caption?
If the Voucher caption you want to change is not getting reflected after you change the caption, it could be because the changes you made have not been saved or applied properly. Make sure to save the changes and refresh the screen to see caption are updated correctly.
