If your main dashboard is blank after logging into BUSY then follow the steps to update it.

Step 1. Go to Administration menu and click on configuration option.
Step 2. Now click on Features and options then click on Display settings button.
Step 3. Now Enable the option Maintain company background image by selecting Y
Step 4. Now sepcify the company background image path and Enable the option Fit to
Screen by selecting Y then click on the save button to save the configuratoin.
Step 5. Close your company and reopen the company then Main Dashboard will now
display the selected image.

1. Some files are running in the background and preventing the software from closing properly.
2. If you are using a multiuser license, there may be a connectivity issue between the server and the client machines.

If you are unable to close BUSY application normally, you can force it to close by using the Task Manager. To do this, press Ctrl+Shift+Esc keys.Then find BUSY application in the Processes tab and click on End Task.
If you want to give BUSY access through your antivirus, or disable your antivirus temporarily, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Find the antivirus icon in the taskbar icons at the bottom right corner of your screen.
Step 2: Right-click on the antivirus icon and select Disable Virus Protection. This will turn off your antivirus for a while.
Step 3: To exclude BUSY application from your antivirus, go to the antivirus settings and look for the option to add exclusions. This option may vary depending on the antivirus you are using. You can add BUSY.exe as an exclusion to allow it to run without interference from your antivirus.
It depends on changes when to regenearet dual vouchers in BUSY.When you make any changes in masters which has been used in dual vouchers like sale and purchase and then to make latest impact in all dual vouchers as per changes in masetrs,you run regenrate dual vouchers.You must take backup of your data and then go to housekeeping and select regenerate dual voucher option,then proceed with i have latest backup.Now you have to select master in which you have made changes and then select dual voucher in which you want impact as per latest changes and also can filter on date range and proceed for the process.

Due to default you do not need to save it as you get the same report in every company of BUSY but if you want to save the through custom column you can save the default report configuration of a report
