To switch between multiple companies in BUSY:
Step 1 : OPen BUSY instance as much as need to open multiple company
Step 2 :Login seperate company with each BUSY instance and switch with alt tab

How can I check if the dongle server is running?

To check if the dongle server is running in your system, you can go to the task manager and look for the process named DongleServer. If it is showing, then the dongle server is running.

How can i check where BUSY is installed?

To check where BUSY is installed, you need to right click on the BUSY icon then click on properties option. You will see the start in option which shows the folder where BUSY is installed.

I am getting an error that says "does not support Adobe." What does this mean and how can I fix it?

getting an error that says does not support Adobe for rectify that error you need to installed updated Adobe reader or you can set microsoft edge or google chrome to view PDF files .

To check the data directory from where your BUSY data is running follow below step:
Step 1: Open BUSY and go to the "Set Data Directory" option, here you will see the current data directory.

To run update master balance in previous year, go to previous year then Housekeeping menu and click on Update Master Balances and run the process.
Note: Take backup of your data before running this process.
