 If you are unable to send any email from BUSY then follow the steps to fix this issue.
Step 1. Go to Administration Menu
Step 2. Then click on Configuration
Step 3. Now click on Email configuration
Step 4. Verify that the server name is correctly set as smtp.gmail.com. If you are using Gmail Account
Step 5. Also verify that two step factor authenticaiton is enabled in your Gmail account.
Step 6. Alternatively you can generate a new App specific password in your gmail account and input it into the
password field in BUSY.
Step 7. Check your antivirus, firewall, or Windows Defender, as they might be blocking your account.
Step 8. Ensure you have an active and stable internet connection.
Step 9. Exclude BUSY21.exe files from antivirus.
Step 10. Exclude BUSYwin folder from antivirus.

How do I configure the firewall or antivirus to allow BUSY on my system?

 To give rights to BUSY from firewall , follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to control panel of system then firewall and select advance setting
Step 2: Select inbound rule and check by scrolling if BUSY is blocked then go to properties by right click and allow the connection
Step 3: Follw the same above step for outbound rule also and allow the connection

 If your gmail account password is not working or showing incorrect in BUSY email configuration then please follow the steps to resove this.
Step 1.Open Google Chrome and log in to your Gmail account.
Step 2. Click on your Gmail account logo or profile picture in the top right corner.
Step 3. Select Manage Google Account from the dropdown menu.
Step 4. In the search bar within your Google Account settings, type App password.
Step 5. Define the app name as BUSY or any other name you prefer.
Step 6. Google will generate an app password. Copy this password from your screen.
Step 7. Now, open your BUSY email configuration settings and paste the app password into the password section.

How can I increase the call volume or get clearer audio during a customer service call in BUSY?

1. Ensure that your device's volume is turned up to the maximum level.

The Standard version includes all the features of the Basic version, along with additional features like Sale purchase Quotation,Orders,Job Work,Paratemeter wise option,Eway bill generation,E-Invoice Generation Scheme Management, Mrp Wise stock advanced report etc
The Enterprise version includes all the features of the Standard version, along with advanced features like multi-company consolidation branch wise data,Payroll,voucher Approval,User Activity Log etc.

Step 2: Item, then modify
Step 3: Choose the item name from the list.
Step 4: Modify the price
Step 5: Save
Another important bulk update utility you have in BUSY is to add or modify the pricing. Here are the steps:
Step 1: Administration
Step 2: Bulk Update
Step 3: Multiple Item Creation and Modification
Step 4: Modify the existing master
Step 5: Select Fields
Step 6: Add the fields like "ITEM_MRP", "ITEM_PUR_PRICE," and ITEM_SALE_PRICE."
Step 7: Save
Step 8: Load Masters
Step 9: Show-list, select all, then OK.
Step 10: Insert the pricing elements on a single screen.

Why is the main dashboard blank after logging in to BUSY?

 If your main dashboard is blank after logging into BUSY then follow the steps to update it.
Note:- Image should be in JPEG Format.
Step 1. Go to Administration menu and click on configuration option.
Step 2. Now click on Features and options then click on Display settings button.
Step 3. Now Enable the option Maintain company background image by selecting Y
Step 4. Now sepcify the company background image path and Enable the option Fit to
Screen by selecting Y then click on the save button to save the configuratoin.
Step 5. Close your company and reopen the company then Main Dashboard will now
display the selected image.
