I am unable to attach files and photos in my emails. What settings should I check to enable attachments?

If you are unable to attach files and photos while sending an email from BUSY. Please follow the steps to fix this issue.
Step 1. Go to Administration
Step 2. Then click on Configuration
Step 3. Now click on Email Configuration and select the sending report as PDF, XML attachment(only for Invoice)
and PDF+XML attachment then save the settings
Step 4. For any External Attachment click on folder then select the file while send any email of reports.

My BUSY is frozen and wont let me access certain features How can I fix this

If your BUSY is frozen and cannot access some features, you can try these troubleshooting steps:
Step 1: Close BUSY from the Task Manager and reopen it. This can help if BUSY is unresponsive or frozen.
Step 2: Unfreeze your data from the Administration menu and under Utilities. This can help if your data is Frozen.
Step 3: Open your data from the Admin / Super user account. This can help if you have insufficient permissions or access rights to some features.

How can I open two instances of BUSY Accounting Software on the same system?

If you want to open two instances of BUSY on the same system after opening one company, you need to double-click on the BUSY icon. This will open the second instance of BUSY. If you have a single-user license, you can only open one company in one instance. However, you can open other companies in different instances. If you have a multi-user license, you can check one company more than once through different BUSY instances on the same system.

I am unable to update the masters balances in BUSY. What could be the reason for this issue?

If you are unable to update master balances then check that the company must not be running through any user. Further, follow the below steps to update balances.
Step 1: Take the latest backup of your data.
Step 2: Now, Close the company from the other systems and make sure that company is not running by any user.
Step 3: Now, Go to housekeeping section then click on update master balance.
Step 4: Click on ok tab and let the process complete.

How can i run regenerate dual voucher after made changes in partcular bill sundry in BUSY?

To run regenerate dual vouher after made changes in bill sundry in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Take the latest backup of data.
Step 2: Go to housekeeping section then click on regenerate dual voucher.
Step 3: Select you can proceed as i have the latest backup then tick on bill sundry and select the required bill sundry.
Step 4: Now, you can filter on date range and also select vouchers as per need then click on ok tab.

How can I get the taxable value of items excluding GST component in BUSY

To get the taxable value of items excluding the GST component in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
1. Go to the Sales or Purchase module, depending on whether you want to calculate the taxable value for sales or purchases.
2. Select the relevant transaction or invoice.
3. Look for the column or field that displays the total value of the item, including GST.
4. Subtract the GST amount from the total value to obtain the taxable value excluding GST.

Step 2: Go to administration section then click on check incomplete voucher option.
Step 3: Select you can proceed as i have latest backup then click on ok tab.
Step 4: Afterward, you will get incomplete voucher report. You need to open the voucher then can delete or cancel or create voucher in it.
