I am facing issue while uploading data to BUSY mobile app?

If you are facing issue in data upload of BUSY mobile app please follow given below steps:
Step 1: Ensure that you have created a bdep id and cloud sync user in your company
Step 2: Make sure you have the license of BUSY mobile app
Step 3: Make sure your internet connection is stable in your system
Step 4: Make sure you are using latest version of BUSY software
Step 5: Ensure that BUSY should be exclude from antivirus and firewall
Step 6: May be cloud server is under maintainance so you may wait for sometime

How to sync BUSY mobile and desktop apps

To upload data from your Desktop / Laptop to the mobile app, you need to have a mobile app license and complete the necessary configurations. Then, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Administration tab and click on Data Export Import.
Step 2: Select the Cloud Sync option and choose either Bulk Upload (if this is your first time uploading) or Incremental Upload (if you have uploaded before).
Step 3: Click on Start Upload and wait until the process is complete. You can then access your data from the mobile app.

I am unable to upload or sync my company file. How can I troubleshoot this?

f you Unable to upload data or Sync your company data you can try the following troubleshoorting Steps 
Step 1: Check the GSTIN No is Correct and Valid
Step 2: Check internet Connection is Stable
Step 3: Disiable the antivirus or mircrosoft difender security
Step 4: Check firewell and disiable the firewell
Step 5: check firewell port if showing block unblock it.
Step 6: Check BUSY letest exe install
Step 7: after check above step Run Bulk upload Data issue will resolve

How do I sync data between the desktop software and mobile app of BUSY?

Step 6: Here, You can check the status in the progress bar to confirm that your data is either in the process of uploading or has been successfully uploaded.

How to sync BUSY data with the mobile app?

In BUSY Agent, we have a option to set time for data sync from BUSY to Mobile App. In that time interval data get auto sync .
Pls Follow the Below Steps :
Step 1: Open the BUSY Software
Step 2: Company Menu
Step 3: Download BUSYAgent
Step 4: Install it in which BUSY is already installed
Step 5: Click on BUSYAgent icon
Step 6: Click on Cloud Sync Configuration
Step 7: Enable the automatic incremental sync
Step 8: Mention the time interval for syncing data.

How can I create separate BDEP IDs in different companies for Mobile App?

To create seperate BDEP IDs in different companies for BUSY mobile app, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Administration menu then click on Configuration.
Step 2: Select Features / Options and click on General. Here, you will see an option called Enable BUSY Data Exchange Platform (BDEP) set Y on that and click on Configurtion.
Step 3: On BDEP Configuration window you need to create a BDEP ID and Password. You need to create unique id for each company.

How to download and import data from BUSY mobile app to the desktop software?

We can download and import data from mobile app to BUSY from below steps:
Step 1: Open the mobile app
Step 2: Go to the voucher list for sync
Step 3: When sync the data from mobile app
Step 4: Open the BUSY software
Step 5: Click on administration
Step 6: Then data export import
Step 7: Then cloud sync
Step 8: Then lclick on download transaction, the transaction which we added through mobile app get download and can view the BUSY software.

How is data synced between BUSY software and the mobile app?

We can upload data from BUSY to Mobile App via versa. Pls Follow Below Steps:
In BUSY
Click On
Step 1: Administration
Step 2: Configuration
Step 3: Features & Options
Step 4: General
Step 5: Enable & Create the BDEP ID then Click on Through Data Sync Option.
Step 6: Data Export/Import
Step 7: Cloud Sync
Step 8: Bulk Upload
Step 9: Download Transactions ( Data which sent from Mobile app)
In Mobile App
Click On
Step 1: Create voucher by clickin on Plus sign
Step 2: Go to Home Option
Step 3: Unsynced List then sync it voucher

Transactions are not syncing between the BUSY and the cloud . What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

Please check the reasons below: 
1: Make sure the Internet connection is stable
2: BUSY Agent must be open at startup
3: Make sure BUSY is installed only on the main system
4: Make sure you are using the latest release of BUSY & BUSY Agnet.
5: Check BDEP ID should be created in BUSY and though cloud sync option is also ticked from general features
6: Check after change the internet of a system.
