Step 1: Go to the Administration and then click on Data Export Import option.
Step 2: Now click on Cloud Sync option and select the Bulk updation upload and you cal also select
incremental upload option if bulk upload have done already once.
Step 3: Now click on start upload option.
I'm having trouble syncing data what should I do?
If you are having trouble syncing data for the mobile app, see the following steps to resolve the issue:
Step 1: Check your internet connection.
Step 2: Disable firewalls and antivirus
Step 3: Enable the Never Notify option for user accounts in the control panel.
Step 4 : Check that the BUSY letest release is up to date.
Step 5: Check your company's BDEP ID

Step 1: Go to administration then clickon data export import
Step 2: Then go to cloud sync option and click on delete data by mention BDEP ID password
Step 3: After deleting data go to bulk upload and data will be uploaded again of cloud
How do I download and install the Mobile app for BUSY?
To download and installation BUSY mobile application, you can follow the below steps:
Step 1: Open your Play store and mention BUSY in search tab
Step 2: You will get our application named GST Billing and Accounting App , Click on particular app
Step 3: Click on the Install tab and your BUSY application will install successfully.
How to reset or recover user ID and password for the BUSY mobile app?
We can reset the mobile app username and password in BUSY.
Pls follow the below steps for mobile app username or password reset :
Step 1: Click on administration
Step 2: Then users
Step 3: Click on cloud sync user
Step 4: Open in modify mode and change the password then relogin in mobile app.
How to run reports and view data through the BUSY Mobile app?
Once you have uploaded your data to the mobile app, you can access various reports on the app by tapping on the three dots icon on the top left corner and then selecting Reports. The BUSY Mobile App offers a range of reports such as Day Book, Account Ledger, Amount Receivable / Payable, and more.
