How can I manually trigger backups for BUSY outside of scheduled times?

You can take a backup manually at any time, even if you have configured BUSY Agent to schedule backup automatically. To do this, you can click on Backup Now in BUSY Agent and choose either Local Drive or Google Drive as the backup destination.
You can use BUSY itself to take backup manually by using these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY and select "Backup Data" option under the Company menu.
Step 2: Choose the company that you want to backup.
Step 3: Enter your username and password if required and select the location where you want to save your backup file.
Step 4: Select the financial year that you want to backup, either All F.Y. or Selected F.Y. and click on the OK button to start the backup process.

3. If you still cannot restore the backup, you can try extracting the db files from the data folder and creating a Comp folder. Then, copy the db files into the Comp folder and paste it into the data directory.

How to organize BUSY invoices on Google Drive by year?

We can save the invoices in the Google Drive but not year wise. Pls Follow the Below Steps :
Step 1: Click on Administration
Step 2: Then Configuration
Step 3: Then Features and Options
Step 4: Then General tab
Step 5: Enable the option Google drive linked feature in BUSY then mention the email id for the authentication.
Step 6: Go to the voucher series configuration
Step 7: Select the required voucher type and Series
Step 8: Click on voucher configuration and enable the option save sales invoice on google drive.
Step 9: Go to the transactions and add the voucher, when you save the voucher then window will popup for saving the invoice on google drive then click Yes and invoice will get saved in your google drive.

How do I resolve issues with the BUSY Agent application not recognizing valid login credentials?

In BUSY Agent application you only need to mention username & password in case of SQL database. So if the login credentials are not recognizing by the BUSY Agent, you can try these troubleshooting steps:
Step 1: Make sure the SQL server information mentioned in BUSY Agent is correct.
Step 2: Check the SQL server information in BUSY application and make sure the BUSY software is running with that information.
Step 3: Check the SQL services it should be in running.
Step 4: Check the antivirus and firewall setting and make sure it is not blocking the sql services.

I have to manually add the BUSY agent software to startup everyday. Is there a way to automate this process?How do I generate a GST return file using JSON in BUSY?

If your BUSYagent not open automatically when system gets started even though added in startup, then might be systematic issue. However you can these troubleshooting steps:
Step 1: Uninstall all the BUSYagent setups and install a fresh one and check.
Step 2: Press Windows+R and type shell:startup.
Step 3: Paste the BUSYAgent application in that folder and check.
To generate JSON of GST returns from BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the Display menu and select GST Reports.
Step 2: Choose GST Return and then the return type you want to generate, such as GSTR-1 eReturn, GSTR-3B eReturn, etc.
Step 3: Choose the report format as JSON.
Step 4: Now enter the period and can generate the selected return in JSON format.

How can I regularly back up my BUSY data to Google Drive or a local drive?

To backup your data on Google Drive from BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Download the BUSY Agent Setup from the BUSY website www.busy.in Go to the Resources and Download section to find the setup file.
Step 2: Install the setup in the same drive where BUSY is installed.
Step 3: After the installation is complete, configure your data directory from where your data is running under the General Configuration tab.
Step 4: Click on Backup Configuration (Google Drive) and enter your Gmail ID and authorize it.
Step 5: Schedule your backup as per your requirements and save the configuration. Click on Add to Startup to enable automatic backup on your Google Drive.
Now, your data will be backed up on Google Drive at the scheduled time.

How do I set up and use the auto-backup feature in BUSY for data protection?

For Taking Auto Backup of the data you can use BUSYAgent Utility which allows to take backup on Local system and on Google Drive as per the spefied intervals
Step 1 : Download and Install the BUSYAgent through our site www.busy.in go to resource and downloads
Step 2 : Open BUSYAgent and go to General Configuration
Step 3 : Specify data location as per access or SQL
Step 4 : Go to Backup Configuration for Local and specify the folder path of your local drive and specify the interval for backup schedule
Step 5 : Now go to Backup Configuration for google drive and specify your gmail ID
Step 6 : Configure the interval for backup schedule
Step 7 : Save the settings and check the backup through Backup now Tab.
