There are some possible reasons why you cannot see your backup on Google Drive after a certain date. These include:
1. BUSY Agent is not running in the background. You need to make sure that BUSY Agent is active and working properly.
2. Gmail id authentication is removed from BUSY Agent. You need to authorize BUSY Agent to access your Google Drive account.
3. Internet connection is not available. You need to have a stable and reliable internet connection to backup your data on Google Drive.
4. No space available on Google Drive. You need to have enough free space on your Google Drive account to store your backup files.
While taking backup through agent shows forbidden error how to fix it?
While taking backup through agent shows forbidden error to fix this follow these steps
1.In your google drive while taking backup from BUSY agent one folder will be auto generated to store backup files, so sometimes that folder not generated by automatically so that time forbidden error shows in BUSY agent because BUSY agent cant find path in google drive for taking backup.
2. to fix this you need to go in BUSYwin folder and open it where BUSY installed.
3. then open BUSY agent folder
4. delate all files from BUSY agent folder
5. then give full permission to everyone from BUSYwin folders properties.
6. then check to taking backup from BUSY agent.
The local drive backup for Google Drive data seems to get disconnected in BUSY. How to troubleshoot this?

To stored the Data you need to create the Data Backup . Please follow the below steps to take a backup :
Step 1: Download the BUSY Agent Setup from the BUSY website www.busy.in Go to the Resources and Download section to find the setup file.
Step 2: Install the setup in the same drive where BUSY is installed.
Step 3: After the installation is complete, configure your data directory from where your data is running under the General Configuration tab.
Step 4: Click on Backup Configuration ( Local Drive ) and specify the backup path and schedule the backup timing.
Step 5: Schedule your backup as per your requirements and save the configuration.
Resolving Google Drive backup errors related to exceeding limits in BUSY?
If any exceed limit error ocrrurs in BUSY Agent while taking backup on Google drive.
Step 1: Make sure you have a stable and fast internet connection.

To improved the BUSY Agent performance on your system, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Make sure system meets the minimum requirements to run BUSY Agent.
Step 2: Ensure that your system has enough free space to run BUSY Agent smoothly.
Step 3: Check your system’s CPU / HDD usage and make sure it is not at 100%.
Step 4: Replace your HDD with an SSD, which offers faster data transfer speed.

What is a BUSY Agent and how do I check if it is running?
BUSY Agent is a software that runs in the background and run the backend utilities such as BUSY automatic backup, incremental sync, dongle server etc as per the scheduled time.
If you want To check if it is running or not please follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the Task Manager and look for the BUSY Agent
Step 2: If BUSYagent is showing it means it is running in the background
Step 3: Check if BUSYagent is running in startup or not
Note: make sure you have added BUSYagent in startup by clicking on add to startup buttton that is availble below of the BUSYagent configuration otherwise it will not work
Unable to end BUSY Agent task in Task Manager. Solutions?
If you are unable to end the BUSY Agent task in Task Manager, you can try the following solutions:
1. Restart the system and try closing the BUSY Agent task again.
2. Right-click on the taskbar and open Task Manager. Look for the BUSY Agent task and try ending it from there.
3. If the BUSY Agent task is not visible in Task Manager, but you know it is running in the background, you can try closing it from the system tray or notification area.
4. If none of the above solutions work, you may need to seek assistance from an IT professional to troubleshoot the issue further.
