Change Google Drive backup configuration for BUSY Agent?

BUSY Agent is a tool which is used to take backup automatically as per schedue time which specified by you on Local Drive and Google Drive.
Pls Follow the Below Steps for Google Drive :
Step 1: Open the BUSY Agent
Step 2: Click on Backup Configuration of Google Drive
Step 3: Specify the Email id which want to change it and then do the authentication.
Step 4: Click on Backup Schedule then select days, financial year and backup time in a day as per your requirement.

Note : Backup on BUSY Agent is with only Active BLS.

Why are BUSYAgent backups failing and what steps can I take to resolve the issue?

The BUSY Agents backup can fail due to various reasons. Here are a few possible sugestion:
1. Ensure that the BUSY Agent's latest version is installed on your computer
2. VeriFinancial Year that the BLS Subscription is active
3. Confirm that the server information or data directory details are specified correctly
4. Make sure the BUSY Agent is added to startup
5. Ensure that the backup path or Google Drive has sufficient storage space
6. Configure the backup with specific timings
7. Enable backup email/BNS notifications for the concerned person

I am unable to take a backup through BUSYagent what should i do?

If your BUSYagent is not working please follow given below steps:
Step 1: Make sure you are using latest version of BUSY software
Step 2: Ensure that you have the latest version of BUSYagent
Step 3: If issue in google drive backup make sure internet connectivity is stable
Step 4: Ensure that BUSY and BUSYagent should be excluded from firewall and antivirus
Step 5: Once Open all the companies in latest version of BUSY software
Step 6: Reinstall BUSYagent then check its working or not
Step 7: If still same issue persist then take a backup of your data then reinstall BUSY and BUSYagent both and check

My system already has BUSY Agent installed. How can I upgrade it to the latest version?

To update the latest version of BUSY Agent on your system, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Visit our official website at www.busy.in and click on Resources and then Download.
Step 2: Under that find the BUSY Agent setup and download it.
Step 3: You can also download the setup file from BUSY Agent itself by clicking on Check BUSY Updates.
Step 4: After downloading, run the setup file and install it in the same drive where the previous version of BUSY Agent was installed.
Step 5: Make sure that you close BUSY Agent during the installation process.

How to Change scheduled backup timings for BUSY on Google Drive?

Step 2: In BUSY Agent can set notification for the backup in your email id or in BUSYbns app by mentioning the mobile number.
Step 3: We can also check the BUSY backup folder manually by click on view backup on google drive option.
