Step 3: After the installation is complete, configure your data directory from where your data is running under the General Configuration tab.
Step 4: Click on Backup Configuration ( Local Drive ) and specify the backup path and schedule the backup timing.
Step 5: Schedule your backup as per your requirements and save the configuration.

BUSY Agent is a tool which is used to take backup automatically as per schedue time which specified by you on Local Drive and Google Drive.

To do this, you need to install the BUSY Agent software and configure it to automatically backup your data to Google Drive.Click on Backup Configuration on GOOGLE DRIVE and enter the a email id and then click on authorise button then allow or give permission to BUSY Agent to save backup on your mail to Google Drive and then Backup schedule for automatically backup and configure it as per your requirement.
Click on ADD TO STARTUP option for taking backup automatically from BUSY.
My data is not getting backed up properly to Google Drive. What could be the issue?
If you are unable to take backup on google drive through BUSY Agent, then there could serveral reasons are:
1. Might be there is no stable and fast internet connection.
2. There is no available space on your Google Drive.
3. Not installed latest version of BUSY Agent.
4. Maybe issue in a specific company, try backing it up on your local drive first and see if the problem persists.
5. Might be antivirus blocking BUSY Agent Application from accessing the internet or other resources.
6. BUSY Agent not run as an administrator mode.
