Step 1: Go to the company menu before opening the company; in that, you will find the download BUSY agent option.
Step 2: Click on it and download the BUSY agent set-up. After downloading your set-up,
Step 3: Extract the set-up and install the BUSY set-up by following the installation instructions.
Step 4: It will install the BUSY agent set-up; make sure the BUSY agent is installed in the BUSYwin folder.
Under what scenarios will the automated backup size reduce compared to earlier backups in BUSY Agent?
The automated backup size in BUSY Agent may reduce compared to earlier backups under the following scenarios:
Step 1: If there is a decrease in the amount of data being backed up.

What steps should I follow if the tab in BUSYAgent is unresponsive?
I'm not an expert in this, but to troubleshoot an unresponsive Customize tab in BUSYAgent, you can follow these steps:
1. Close and reopen BUSYAgent to see if the issue resolves.
2. Check if you have the latest version of BUSYAgent installed. If not, update it.
3. Restart your device and try accessing the Customize tab again.
4. Clear the cache and cookies of your browser or app.
5. If the issue persists, contact the support team for further assistance.
I want the backup being taken by BG Agent to be saved on Google Drive instead of local drive. How can I change the configuration for that?
Please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Open your BUSY Agent
Step 2: Click on Backup Configuration on GOOGLE DRIVE
Step 3: Enter the a email id
Step 4: Then click on authorise button then allow or give permission to BUSY Agent to save backup on your mail to Google Drive
Step 5: Configure Backup schedule for automatically backup and configure it as per your requirement.
Step 6: Click on ADD TO STARTUP option for taking backup automatically from BUSY.
