Why am I receiving constant confirmation emails from BUSY Agent?
BUSY Agent send notification via email only after successfully backup your data. Further if you are receiving constant email notification the might be some issue in configuration, so again configure the email in BUSY Agent.

I seem to have exceeded my storage limit on BUSY. What are my options to increase storage?
In BUSY there is no option for storage if its showing storage limit exceed then you must
clear the local drive space or should install BUSY on another drive where the space is available and if there is showing excced data limit on google drive then you need to remove some files from it to take backup through BUSY agent properly on google drive
I want to change the backup frequency and timing for BUSY automatic backups. What should I do?
In BUSY Agent, We can change the frequency and timings for the automatic backup.
Pls Follow the Below Steps :
Step 1: Open the BUSYAgent
Step 2: Click on Backup Configuration of Local Drive or Google Drive as pe your requirement.
Step 3: Click on Backup Scheduled
Step 4: Mention the no. of backups in a day and save it
The BUSY Agent app icon has disappeared from my system. How can I get it back?
To restore the BUSY Agent shortcut on your desktop or taskbar, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the BUSYwin folder and find the BUSY Agent application file.
Step 2: Right-click on the file and select “Send to” and then “Desktop (Create Shortcut)”.
Step 3: You can also right-click on the file and select “Pin to taskbar” to add it to your taskbar.
Unable to access features in BUSY Agent. Troubleshooting Steps to resolve?
To resolve issues with accessing features in BUSY agent, you can try the following troubleshooting Steps:
Step 1 : Check your user permissions and make sure you have the necessary access rights.
Step 2 : Verify that your software is up to date with the latest version.
Step 3 : Clear your browser cache and cookies.
Step 4 : Restart your computer and try accessing the features again.
How can I troubleshoot Google Drive backup errors in BUSY?
If error is coming while taking backup on Google drive.
Pls Follow the Below Steps :
Step 1: Make sure should have proper internet connection.
Step 2: There should be sufficient space in Google Drive
Step 3: Proper Google Drive setting should be configured in BUSY.

Enable notifications for Google Drive backups in BUSY?
Pls Follow the Below Steps :
Step 1: Open the BUSY Software
Step 2: Company Menu
Step 3: Download BUSYAgent
Step 4: Install it in which BUSY is already installed
Step 5: Click on BUSYAgent icon
Step 6: Click on General Configuration
Step 7: Tick on Send notifications to BUSYBNS
Step 8: Enter the Mobile Number which is registered in your BUSYBNS app.
While take backup then showing path not define
While take backup then showing path not define so there is two way to set path
1. you need to select folder path to store backup while taking manual backup from BUSY.
2. if you take auto backup through BUSY agent, then open BUSY agent and click of configure backup in local drive and set backup folder path fom system drive and save the configuration.
Why is the BUSY agent running in demo mode?
Please check the below possible aspects for running BUSY agent on demo mode:
1.If the BUSY agent installed in Client system that run on networking either on same location or on different location, it will run on demo mode. BUSY agent must be installed on server system.
2.If the BUSY agent running on demo mode on server system then check by re open the agent.
