How do I configure BUSY Agent backups to save to cloud storage like Google Drive?

Google Drive :
Step 1: In BUSY Agent, Enable the Google drive option.
Step 2: Mention the Email ID for authentication.
Step 3: Specify the Folder path on Server.After that Scheduled backup for All Companies Day wise with time period as per your requirement.
Note : Backup on BUSY Agent is with only Active BLS.

How can I end the task of BUSY Agent in the task manager?

If you want to end the BUSYagent from task manager please follow below steps:
Step 1: Right click on taskbar or search task manager in start menu
Step 2: Click on task manager
Step 3: Then select program named as the BUSYagent
Step 4: Afterwards click on end task button to end this program.

What to do if BUSY and BUSY Agent data paths don't match?

When the data path is different in BUSY and in BUSYAgent then backup will not done properly in the location folder which has been specified in the BUSY Agent.
Make sure that In BUSY and in BUSYAgent, The set data directory path should be same for properly backup of the Data.

Troubleshooting local backup maximum limit exceeded in demo mode in BUSY.

There is no backup limit in the BUSY software and in the BUSY agent. We can take backup on BUSY agent only with the active bls. If BUSY license has exoired or running in demo mode then we will not be able to the take the backup from BUSY agent.

Troubleshooting SQL server username and password errors during backup setup?

If you see an error message about username and password when you configure BUSY Agent for automatic backup with SQL database, please verify that you have entered the correct credentials. You need to use the same username and password that you use to run the database in the BUSY application.

Can reinstall BUSY and BUSY Agent without losing existing data?

Yes, you can reinstall BUSY and BUSY Agent without losing existing data. Before reinstalling, make sure to take a backup of your company data. After reinstalling, you can restore the backup to retain your existing data. However if you uninstall the BUSY Agent, then no need to take backup.

Increasing the Google Drive backup limit in BUSY?

In BUSY Agent, you can schedule automatic backup on Goole Drive upto 3 times in a day. Cannot increase the per day limit.
Furthermore the default size of Google Drive if 15 GB, if you want to increase it you can take plans of Google drive according to need.

Why is my login to the BUSY Agent software being blocked by an administrator, and how can I resolve this?

If your login to the BUSY Agent software is being blocked by an administrator, it means that the administrator has restricted your access to the software. To resolve this issue, you will need to contact the administrator and request them to grant you access to the BUSY Agent software.

I am not able to see the backup logs or reports. How can I check the backup status?

You may not be able to see the log details in BUSY Agent if they have been cleared. Once the log details are cleared, they cannot be retrieved. However, you can still view your backup files from the backup folder on your local drive or on the Google Drive.
