Why am I not able to email invoices directly from BUSY? What configuration or settings should I check?

To email invoice to Customer in BUSY, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Verify that your organization is using the Standard or Enterprise edition of BUSY.
Step 2: Navigate to the Administration Menu-then Configuration-then Email Configuration to Configure Email configuration.
Step 3: Now Navigate to the Administration Menu-then Configuration-then Voucher Series Configuration.
Step 4: Select the specific voucher type for which you want to configure email invoices.
Step 5: Select the desired voucher series related to the chosen voucher type and Click on Voucher Configuration
Step 6: Under the Voucher Configuration settings, locate the option to "Sent Email after saving." and Enable this option to trigger email notifications for the voucher series.
Step 7: Next, specify the format in which you want to send the invoices via email.
Step 8: Save Voucher Configuration.
Step 9 : Now your able to send Email after saving voucher. or from Bulk Utility.

How do I change the email settings in BUSY to enable the 'save and send later' option?

If you want to enable the save and send later option then follow the steps.
Step 1. Go to Administration Menu and click on Users Option.
Step 2. Then click on moidfy and select the user name from dropdown menu.
Step 3. After selection the user name enable the option labeled Always send Email SMS Notification in Offline Mode
by Setting it to Y.
Step 4. Then save the changes by clicking the save button and then send any mail from BUSY.
Step 5. Then You will receive a prompt window to save and send later email for sending at a later time then click on
Save button.
Step 6. Go to administratoin menu and click on utilities option.
Step 7. Then Click on Offline E-mail SMS option and you will access a list of all saved emails.
Step 8. Then select email and send it to as per your convenience.

I am unable to email a sales return bill from the software. How can I resolve this?

If unable to email sale return bill from BUSY, then you can try these troubleshooting steps to resolve it:
Step 1: First check the Email Configuration from the Administration menu then click on Configuration.
Step 2: Ensure that all the details is correctly mentioned such as SMTP server, Username, Password, etc.
Step 3: Click on Test Account Settings and check if the test mail sending or not.
Step 4: Verify the receipient id is correct or not.
Step 5: Check the antivirus setting and make sure it is not blocking the BUSY application to access the internet connection.
Step 6: Make sure to run BUSY as an administrator mode to avoid any permission issue.

I want to save an email as a draft in BUSY. What steps should I follow?

I'm trying to email invoices to my customers from BUSY but the emails never get sent. How can I troubleshoot and fix invoice emails not sending?

If you unable to send mail from BUSY below are the steps that you have to 
trobleshoot to fix it:-
Step1: Go to Administration tab
Step2: Then click on configuration tab then click on Email configuration option.
Step3: Now in Email configuration if configuration already done so click on "Test
account setting" If message showign mail sent successfully that means you able to
do mail but if showing any kind of Run time error so you have to do these steps to fix it:-
Step1: Open Gmail then click on Icon and click on manage your Google account
option.
Step2: Then click on Security then enable Two step verification from there and then
create a app password for BUSY and copy and paste it in Email configuration password
option(In SMTP Server you have to define SMTP server name as per your mail domain
and port as well then in user name you have to mention your mail ID).

Why are the custom reports not sending to my Outlook email id? What settings do I need to check?

If you are unable to send a custom report to your outlook id from BUSY, then you can try these troubleshooting steps:
Step 1: First check the Email Configuration from the Administration menu then click on Configuration.
Step 2: Ensure that all the details is correctly mentioned such as SMTP server, Username, Password, etc.

How can I set up BUSY to auto-email PDF attachments to customers?

Auto email option is not available in BUSY right now but can follow steps mention below for sending invoices from BUSY.
Steps to follow to send sales invoice pdf directly from BUSY while saving sales invoice.
Step:1 Go to administration option.
Step:2 Select Configuration from it.
Step:3 Then email configuration
Step:4 Mention smtp server and other details in the configuration
Step:5 Enable 2 step verifitcaiton and generate app password for mentioning in BUSY
Step:6 Go to administration
Step:7 Configuration then voucher series configuration
Step:8 Select the sales voucher and then select relevant voucher series
Step:9 Then navigate to the voucher configuration option and mention yes in send email after saving and can select the format of voucher to be send to party.
Please note that if email id is mention in the Account master it would auto pick email id while sending the email from BUSY.

How can I locate and access the Test Account Settings in BUSY?

In BUSY, you can usually locate and access the Test Account Settings or Test Email feature in the email setup or configuration area. This feature allows you to check if your email settings are configured correctly. Here's a general guide on how to find and use the Test Account Settings feature:
Step 1. Open BUSY and go to the Configuration menu.
Step 2. Select Email Configuration from the options.
Step 3. Enter your email address and two step verification password in the provided fields.
Step 4. Choose the email service provider you are using (e.g., Gmail, Outlook).
Step 5. Enter the SMTP server and port details for your email provider. You can find these details in the email settings of your email account.
Step 6. Enable SSL/TLS encryption if required by your email provider.
Step 7. Save the settings and test the email configuration by sending a test email.

Configuring BUSY to send emails through an already configured Outlook account on the computer.

To configure BUSY to send emails, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1. Open BUSY and go to the Configuration menu.
Step 2. Select Email Configuration from the options.
Step 3. Enter your email address and password in the provided fields.
Step 4. Choose the email service provider you are using (e.g., Gmail, Outlook).
Step 5. Enter the SMTP server and port details for your email provider. You can find these details in the email settings of your email account.
Step 6. Enable SSL/TLS encryption if required by your email provider.
Step 7. Save the settings and test the email configuration by sending a test email.
The SMTP option is not available when selecting Send through Microsoft Outlook in BUSY's email configuration because the email will be sent automatically through the Outlook ID that is open on the system, without the need for SMTP server configuration.
