Step 5. Also verify that two step factor authenticaiton is enabled in your Gmail account.
Step 6. Alternatively you can generate a new App specific password in your gmail account and input it into the
password field in BUSY.
Step 7. Check your antivirus, firewall, or Windows Defender, as they might be blocking your account.
Step 8. Ensure you have an active and stable internet connection.
Step 9. Exclude BUSY21.exe files from antivirus.
Step 10. Exclude BUSYwin folder from antivirus.

Yes, to be able to send emails through BUSY Accounting software, you should follow below steps:
Step 1: Go in administration.
Step 2: Select the option of configuration.
Step 3: Under it click on email configuration.
Step 4: Then select email sending options, as default it send directly or can change as per given options.
Step 5: Click on report send as given options.
Step 6: Then mention the smtp server name e.g- smtp.gmail.com , smtp.mail.yahoo.com, smtp.rediffmailpro.com
Step 7: Then mention user name as your email and passwrod would be create through given steps:
. Open specify mail and click on manage account.
. Select the option of security and enable 2 step verfication.
. Then create app password.
Step 8: Mention created password on field.
Step 9: Save and check test accounting setting.
