I am unable to attach documents/files to emails sent via BUSY. What could be the reason?
There could be several reasons, If the BUSY is not sending attachments through email. Some of the possible reasons are:
Step 1: First check the Email Configuration from the Administration menu then click on Configuration.
Step 2: Ensure that tick on the PDF Attachmen.
Step 3: May be the antivirus settings blocked the BUSY application to send PDF or access the internet connetion.
Step 4: The BUSY is not running as an administrator mode which cause any permission error
Step 5: Might be the date format and regional settings of system is not compatilble with BUSY.
Step 6: Internet connection is not stable.

How can I configure BUSY to send bills or invoices directly through email or WhatsApp?
You can send bills or invoice through email to the customers directly from BUSY
Please follow the given to configure email
Step 1 Go on administration menu
Step 2 Click on configuration then email configuration
Step 3 Select here email option
Step 4 If you want to send from outlook email then just tick outlook option and save it
Step 5 If you want to send from another email, then mention SMTP SERVER and other details to configure it
Step 6 Go on administration then configuration
Step 7 Click on voucher series configuration
Step 8 Select voucher type then series from which you want to send email
Step 9 Click on voucher configuration
Step 10 Enable the option SEND EMAIL AFTER SAVING
Step 11 Now create voucher and check email sending
I want to send mails with voucher numbers from BUSY. What is the process?
If you want to send mail with voucher number then follow these steps:
Ensure that you have correctly set up your email account in the BUSY email configuration.
Step 1. Go to the Print Email SMS menu and choose Print Utilities.
Step 2. Click on Invoice Documents and then select Sale Invoice.
Step 3. Choose the Voucher No. Wise option for sending invoices.
Step 4. Set Account Master Range to One and select the relevant Master name from the dropdown.
Step 5. Set All Item Master Range and select the series of the invoice.
Step 6. Define the Starting and ending voucher number according to your needs then Click the Email button to start the email process.
Step 7. Now, click Send to send the invoices for the specific date range.
Is there an option to send an email after saving a purchase invoice?
Yes, there is an option to send an email after saving a purchase invoice in BUSY for that follow these steps :
Step 1: Go to transactions select purchase click on modify mode and open voucher you want to send email.
Step 2: Click on the 'Print' button located at the top right corner of the screen and send email. Alternatively, you can press Alt + M to send email or click on email button located at the top corner of the screen.

If purchase voucher is already open follow these step :
Step 1: Click on the 'Print' button located at the top right corner of the screen and send email. Alternatively, you can press Alt + M to send email or click on email button located at the top corner of the screen.
I am unable to send invoices or bills via email. How can I resolve this?
If you are unable to send invoice & bill via email, you can try these troubleshooting steps:
Step 1: First check the Email Configuration from the Administration menu then click on Configuration.
Step 2: Ensure that all the details is correctly mentioned such as SMTP server, Username, Password, etc.
Step 3: Click on Test Account Settings and check if the test mail sending or not.
Step 4: Check the antivirus setting and make sure it is not blocking the BUSY application to access the internet connection.
Step 5: Make sure to run BUSY as an administrator mode to avoid any permission issue.

What should I do if two-step verification is on while configuring email in BUSY?
Two-step verification is on while configuring email in BUSY,please follow below steps:
Step 1 : To set up 2FA for your Google account linked to BUSY, you would typically use one of the following methods:
Step 2 : Go to your Google Account settings by visiting https://myaccount.google.com/.
Step 3 : Click on Security or Sign-in & security.
Step 4 : Locate the Two-step verification or Two-factor authentication section and click Turn on or Get started.
Step 5 :Follow the on-screen instructions to set up 2FA using one of the available methods.
Please note that Google's security features and settings may have evolved since my last knowledge update in September 2021, so it's essential to refer to Google's official documentation or support resources for the most up-to-date information on setting up two-factor authentication for your Google account.
How do I connect my BUSY with email to sending bills via email?
To connect BUSY with email to sending bills, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration and click on Configuration.
Step 2: Choose Email Configuration and selec Send Directly.
Step 3: If you use Gmail, type smtp.gmail.com as the SMTP server and your Gmail id as the username.
Step 4: Generate an App password by right-clicking on the Gmail id Logo and clicking on Manage your Google Account.
Step 5: Click on Security then Two-step verification then App password and enter BUSY as the app name and generate.
Step 6: Copy and paste the password in BUSY and fill in other details like From, Reply to, etc.
Step 7: Click on Test Account Settings to make sure you can send a test mail successfully.
Step 8: Now you can email bill and reports from BUSY.
How can I enable email verification for customer emails before sending e-invoices?
BUSY has an option to send invoices and documents via email and no option to send E-invoices from BUSY. To set up for sending email from BUSY you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration and click on Configuration.
Step 2: Choose Email Configuration and fill in the required details, such as SMTP Server, Username & Password, etc.

Step 3: Click on Test Account Settings to verify that you can send a test mail successfully.
Step 4: Once you have configured your email settings, you can send invoices and documents via email from BUSY.
When you send email to customers BUSY will automatic verify their email id.
Why am I unable to send emails from BUSY after configuring my email? What could be the issue?
The invoices & documents are not sending via email from BUSY due to some possible reasons:
Step 1: First check the Email Configuration from the Administration menu then click on Configuration.
Step 2: The details entered might be wrong or incorrect.
Step 3: The antivirus settings blocked the BUSY application to access the internet connetion.
Step 4: BUSY is not running as an administrator which cause any permission error.
Step 5: The date format and regional settings of system is not compatilble with BUSY.
Step 6: The Internet connection is not stable.

I want to send invoices from my BUSY account. What is the process to do this?
If you want to send invoice from BUSY then please follow the given steps
You can send through whatsapp and email for this you have to configure it in BUSY.
Step 1: Go to adminstration menu
Step 2: Then configuration
Step 3: Here you can see sms configuration and email configuration option.
Step 4: Do the configuration of both one by one.
Step 5: Then come to invoice which you want to send
Step 6: As we have done with the configuration then you can use sms as well as email option
to send the invoice.
